I need home now! Woof Woof!  I really need my forever home now with another energetic dog that likes to play and a securely fenced yard!  Please contact us to submit an application directly at Kzyrnr17@yahoo.com or info@dogdiggityrescue.com Evie is a female 18 mos 20 lb Chiweenie (Chi mix and Dachshund)  DOB 18 Nov 2021.   She is a energetic gal that loves doggie blankets, toys, dog beds and playing with energetic dogs. She will be a great companion for an active family with a securely fenced yard, polite/ calm children (over 12 years old) and another energetic/submissive dog (Evie is pretty bossy) or she can be the only dog to be doted on. Small mixed breed experience is recommended. She is an indoor dog.  She likes walks and car rides. She would enjoy dog training classes.  No apartments!       L & S Dog Diggity Rescue is headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, where there are over 350,000 homeless pets. We save homeless and abandoned dogs and find them loving forever homes in other areas, where pet homelessness is not epidemic. All of our pets are located here, in San Antonio, and we partner with  rescues to provide transportation for our pets to their new homes. Our adoption fee includes vet care (vaccinations, spay/neuter, microchipping, etc), as well as transportation and health certificate. Story
She’s good with people and pets. Needs to be in a home with a fenced in yard. Is house trained but if she’s not get let out enough, she will potty in the house. She’s less inclined to potty in the house if there’s no carpet or rugs. She likes to run free, struggles with the leash, but she would get used to it overtime. I bought her from a breeder at eight weeks old, one of her front legs was broken and I didn’t know until I knew. So sometimes she will favor that particular leg if it bothers her in any way, but she hasn’t done that in quite some time. Ruby is not a yuppie Chihuahua and she’s not unfriendly or a vicious in anyway. She will bark occasionally, but it’s very rare. I know that’s unusual for Chihuahuas but honestly, I’ve never met one myself that just barks and barks and Yep and yaps. It’s all situational I think an older couple. . I think an older couple might be best for her, and a secure yard so she doesn’t get out and get hit by a car. dog bed and blanket is her preferenc
