Story
Looking for a FOSTER-TO-ADOPT person. RoRescue 1/31/26 comments: Caesar has longish wirey fur with short legs and his tail curls up. His tongue is grayish. Due to his coloring, he may have some Chow/Silky in him. CAESAR was born in the wee hours of December 8, 2025. This was only 5 hours after his mommy was rescued from our local shelter. He is now 8 weeks old, weighs almost 6 lbs, been wormed and had his first vaccination. BTW, his mommy is an 18 lb Siliy Terrier. CAESAR's PERSONALITY: If you are reading this, I assume you are looking for a mix breed puppy. This boy is a lover. We know how important that babies get lots of human contact to become a socialized loving pet. He has been showered with cuddles and kisses from the hour he was born and loved to snuggle into your arms. We also know that he, most likely, will NOT be a tiny adult. We have done a DNA on one of the puppies to get a better guess on his breed, What we do know is that he has gotten lots of love since he was introduced into this world. We are looking for that perfect person who is willing to FOSTER-TO-ADOPT him until we can complete his vaccinations and get him neutered. Are you that person??? If so, please drop us an email. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ At RoRescue, we strive to match the dog's personality to the best possible future home. This, in no way, casts judgement on the potential adopter. Our primary concern is the dog's future safety, health and happiness. ALL RORESCUE DOGS are vet checked, spayed/neutered, dental cleaning (if needed), microchipped and UTD on shots. We do NOT adopt to: * adopters who intend for the dog to live outside. * out-of area or out of state locations. *homes where someone smokes cigarettes, vape or smoke prescribed or non-prescribed substances inside or surrounding areas of their home.

Story
Butternut is a cautious young gal looking for a home with a family who will give her time and space to settle in. She spent about a month and a half in a foster home- here’s what we learned:- She’s a quiet houseguest but will bark her happiness in anticipation of dinner - She did well with other resident dogs - She is non- destructive and well- behaved when left home alone- She is house trained- She likes to catch treats in the air, enjoys snuffle mats and is curious and playfulHere’s what one of Butternut’s volunteer advocates said:“I worked with Butternut this morning. She has made clear progress. Walks well but a little slowly. She was willing to approach for treats held in my fingers and with some work I was able to establish touch and get some scratches in. Good walk back and easy unleash.”Butternut shares her kennel with another PACC pup and would likely do best with a confident furry friend to help her adjust in her future home. When meeting other dogs in playgroup she’s been social, tolerant and easygoing. Please ask about Butternut today!

Story
Meet Jasmine (A850675)! Brought to PACC as a stray, she didn’t thrive in the shelter environment, but she’s happy and gaining confidence in a foster home. Jasmine loves other dogs, walks, getting belly rubs, snoozing in the sun, and trying to get her new dog friend Molly to zoom with her. Jasmine is playful, affectionate, gentle, silly, easy-going, and well-behaved. She greets every day with a waggy tail and eagerness to spend time and play with people and dogs.Jasmine is fully housebroken, has excellent house manners, and is generally relaxed indoors unless it’s time to screen mail deliveries! She is a bit hesitant around cars and new people, is leery of being corralled, and needs to be homed with people who respect her initial boundaries. She also gets anxious when people leave the house, although she is not destructive. She is working on some basic commands and leash manners. If interested in learning more and meeting Jasmine (and who wouldn`t be?), please email pacc.adoptafoster@pima.gov.
