Fletcher was adopted at riverview animal rescue shelter. He's a low energy dog, and a beautiful kind soul that deserves a good home. He's very intelligent, and knows many commands like wait, sit, lay, shake hands, and speak.He's a cuddle bug, and loves just being close, and receiving hugs, a kind gentle soul.He's come a long way, but still is not considered friendly to other (public) dogs. He currently lives happily with another dog, and a cat, but during walks he will be reactive to unknown dogs. Although this behavior has also gotten better over time.That being said i garentee he'll be the best thing that ever happened to you. He's a lovable teddy bear.

Faye is a fun, food-motivated girl who has shown a friendly and social side in foster care. She has done well with dog-savvy children during supervised interactions and has been comfortable around people overall, although she can be a little unsure when meeting someone new and may bark or become tense at first. She enjoys treats and is happiest when there’s something interesting going on, but she can also be quite vocal, including a classic husky-style “scream” when she wants something. Faye has also shown that she’s a bit of a character and will keep you on your toes with her clever attempts to explore!Faye will need a home prepared for some continued training and management. She is not yet fully housebroken, although she will use potty pads, and she is an accomplished escape artist who can climb or squeeze through surprisingly small spaces. She can be destructive when left to her own devices and will need secure containment and supervision. She has been friendly with cats that remain calm, but may chase if they run, and while she has had some stiff interactions with other dogs, no incidents have occurred. Faye can be sensitive to correction and benefits from patient, consistent guidance rather than harsh handling. For an adopter looking for a quirky, entertaining companion who is willing to put in the work with her training and management, Faye has plenty of personality to offer.

This is Charlie he is 1 yr and half. He's very lovable. Loves attention, cuddles. He is a hyper at some points but what dog isn't. He has lived with children and other dogs and cats since I've owned him. Also has been around my toddler niece he loves her. Not aggressive at all. He loves going for walks or playing outside if possible. I don't want to let him go but my apt complex is forcing me to because he barks a lot. He only does that when there is a knock at the door or he sees another animal walking by in the complex by my window. Normal dog behavior, but they said they have gotten to many reports of it and he is "disturbing" the other residents. I would love to see him go to a loving home with other dogs he can play with or at least with someone that will give him all the attention he could ever want and need.

UPDATE:  465 DAYS AT OUR KENNEL looking for a home.  Sweet Max.one year old black lab mix. Max seems to have been incredibly unsocialized, we think possibly locked in a crate in a room alone for quite a while.  He acts like an 8 week old puppy with no boundaries but he's in a big boy body.  He needs a lot of work. Housebroken. Loves bath time and water. Loves toys. Playful and energetic, as any lab puppy should be. He's great with other dogs. Unknown with cats and other animals as he has never been around them. He needs a big yard and grass and sunshine. He is a good boy.  ##1039448##
