Say hi to Harper - up for adoption from Chaps Chow Rescue! She is a blind 7 year old female cream chow chow that weighs about 45lbs. Unfortunately, Harper had to have double enucleation a little over a year ago due to glaucoma. She’s still active and mobile and adventurous, despite her disability. She is an alpha female, but she is good with other dogs. She’s spayed, UTD on shots, and vetted. We are looking for a calm foster or furever home for her where she can have time to adjust, learn new routines, and thrive. Help us find this special girl a home! Nala is a sweet, shy 3.5 year old female chow mix who was rescued from a backyard breeder in Augusta, GA. She is about 45lbs, spayed, UTD on shots, and fully vetted. She is looking for a furever home where she can come out of her shell and thrive. She’s good with other dogs, and we’d prefer to place her in a home with another dog to help her adjust. Lemon loaf is one of a kind! She has the head & legs of a chihuahua and the body of a husky/lab. She is the most precious low rider. She does have hypothyroidism and will be on medication for the rest of her life, but it's not expensive. She will be loosing weight as her hormones adjust to the meds. She lives in a foster home with 4 other dogs and 5 kids. She enjoys being by her foster moms side and doing her own thing. Blackberry and Lemonloaf came from a terrible neglect situation. They were abandoned in a condemned home for weeks. She is very sweet, dog friendly, kid friendly.
