Story
Shiloh is at the very beginning of his journey to a furever home. The beginning of his story (of what we know) began when he was dumped on a property alongside three other puppies down south. Two didn’t survive, but Shiloh and his sister Grace are both safe, with the promise of a bright future.  This gorgeous boy is rather timid right now and still learning to trust new experiences and people. He has been busy observing human interaction rather than engaging, but follows the routine of the pack he is in foster with nicely. Shiloh is scared of being on leash right now but we have no doubt he can overcome this. He prefers to keep his crate clean, but is not yet fully potty trained. Shiloh is a generally quiet boy and does take treats nicely. Shiloh does prefer to eat alone, which helps him to eat without worry. Shiloh’s bio will be updated as he progresses with milestones in his journey. At this point, Shiloh needs the following type of adopter/furever home/environment: Experienced adopter Shiloh must have another dog in the home that will be a good example for him No Children Fenced in yard Willing to work with a behaviorist if needed www.mostlymuttz.org #mostlymuttzrescue #learningtotrust #SeekingUnderstanding #adoptabledogs #illbeworthit #timeandpatience Mostly Muttz Rescue, PO Box 406, Gilbertsville, PA 19525PA Kennel License 10872 ##2278448##

Story
Scooby may have a few gray hairs, but he’s still full of spirit and enthusiasm—especially when it’s time for a walk. He lights up at the sight of a leash, hopping and running to the door with excitement. He adores short walks, especially the ones near a horse farm where he’ll happily lay down just to watch the horses go by. An outdoorsman at heart, Scooby would love a home where he can lounge outside as long as he pleases, taking in the sights, sounds, and smells of nature. Car rides are another favorite—just don’t expect to leave without him hanging his head out the window, ears flapping in the breeze. At home, he’s low-maintenance and prefers the floor over couches or beds. Toys? Not typically his thing, though we have caught him with a toy here and there. But when he wants some love, he’ll gently paw you to let you know it’s time for more pets. Scooby is a sweet soul with a bit of a stubborn streak—he’s not a fan of being told what to do and isn’t shy about expressing it. But with respect for his independence and a calm, loving home, Scooby makes a loyal and peaceful companion. www.mostlymuttz.org Mostly Muttz Rescue, PO Box 406, Gilbertsville, PA 19525PA Kennel License 10872 ##2197359##

Story
Once considered a feral pup, Grace has blossomed into a loving, affectionate girl who embraces each day and craves love and connection. At around 30 lbs, Grace is likely at her full adult size. She’s known as “Gracie” to her foster family, who adore her soft, fluffy coat and signature curly tail. When she first arrived, she had no idea what human affection was—but now? She’s a total cuddlebug. Gracie loves curling up next to her person, soaking in pets, belly rubs, and especially ear and paw massages. She’s a little princess in the making. Gracie’s personality is as big as her heart. She loves other dogs and thrives in their company. While she gets along with all pups, she tends to gravitate toward females for play and snuggles. She enjoys soft toys she can “de-squeak,” cozy blankets to roll around in, and keeping a watchful eye on the neighborhood—she may just be your new nosy neighbor! We’d love to see her in a home with another dog to help her continue building confidence. While she’s still a bit shy around new people, Gracie has learned to look to her human and canine companions for cues. She does best when approached slowly and gently, and she’s a follower at heart—still building self-assurance. Because of this, it’s essential that Gracie’s adopter steps confidently into the leadership role. She needs someone who can provide gentle but consistent structure and guidance, ensuring she doesn’t feel the need to take on that role herself. A calm, patient, and confident home will help her feel safe and secure. She’s currently living with two respectful teenagers and does well with them, but we feel younger children might be too overwhelming for her. Older, respectful kids would be a great fit. Gracie is fine being picked up, does well during baths, and enjoys car rides. She hasn’t visited a groomer yet, but she’s easy to maintain at home. A fenced yard would be a bonus but isn’t necessary—Gracie is walking nicely on a leash and looks to her person for reassurance when facing something new. She’s not reactive to dogs or people on walks and has a healthy curiosity for squirrels and bunnies, though her prey drive is low. She’s still working on mastering potty training but understands what’s expected of her and does well with routine. While not a fan of the crate, she is crate trained and manages well when needed. She knows basic commands like “sit” and “stay,” though her focus can wander when she gets excited. Gracie is an incredible little dog with so much potential. She just needs a family willing to offer her the time, patience, and clear direction to settle in and flourish. Her smile lights up the room, and she’s always so proud of herself after conquering something new with her person by her side. With love, consistency, and a confident leader, Gracie is sure to shine—and be the cherished heart of her forever home. Gracie is fostered in Reading (Berks County), Pennsylvania and able to head to her furever home. Gracie is part of our Meet Me program which means you can talk to her foster before applying or becoming an approved adopter. You can even meet her in person before deciding whether or not you’d like to apply. Just send an email to meet_me@mostlymuttz.org with your contact information and her foster will be in touch!  www.mostlymuttz.org Link to Gracie’s bio: https://www.wagtopia.com/search/pet?id=2225922&name=Grace #mostlymuttzrescue #bigpersonality #chowchowlove #adoptabledogs #adoptme www.mostlymuttz.org Gracie's Additional UTube Videos: https://youtu.be/mLX3UeurhJU?si=DimlErp7x_E5meap https://youtu.be/iBblZCvy9RM?si=lMhaQQIHqKBqdK7T https://youtu.be/NaxqJ-r2IcQ?si=8xTn1u5Ex-kkRPeY #mostlymuttzrescue #learningtolovelife #chowchowlovers #rescuedismyfavoritebreed #adoptabledogs #stunningbeauty https://facebook.com/mostlymuttz Mostly Muttz PA Kennel #10872 ##2225922##
