Born around March 11, 2025, this sweet boy weighs 10.8 pounds, making him the perfect size for lap snuggles and companionship. Moe came from a hoarding situation where he was one of 29 dogs, so the big world can feel a little overwhelming at first. Because of this, he may take a few minutes to warm up to new people. But once you approach him calmly and give him a few gentle pets, you can almost see the moment he relaxes—then he quickly becomes your loyal little friend. He gets along great with other dogs and truly enjoys their company. He will need to go to a home with another companion dog to help him feel comfortable and confident. Moe’s best friend here is Mitchell, and they would love to be adopted together. With a patient and loving family who will give him time to settle in, he will blossom into a devoted and affectionate companion. Moe is still learning some of the basics, including walking on a leash, but with consistency and kindness he will catch on quickly. Nev has a simple recipe for a good day- a few toys to choose from, a walk around the neighborhood and a person willing to pet her for just a little longer. At 14 pounds, she’s small enough to curl up in your lap, but she brings the perfect amount of spunk to playtime. She can happily entertain herself with her toys, then come over and nudge your hand with her head when she’s ready for affection. What she really makes her happy is having a person close by. Nev may be a little shy when she first arrives somewhere new. Give her a bit of time, and her confident, affectionate personality starts to show. She’s been lovely with children- playful and gentle, without getting too jumpy or mouthy. She walks nicely on leash, is comfortable in her crate and is generally a quiet little housemate. PLEASE NOTE! Unless stated otherwise, our dogs and puppies are located in Arkansas, and transported to the north/northeast once adopted. We do occasionally have dogs/puppies placed in foster homes in the north/northeast. In the cases where the pet is somewhere other than Arkansas, it will be noted beside the name of the pet.9/26 Sokka and his sister Katara (she is adopted) were found on an abandoned piece of property in the middle of nowhere. There were several more puppies but the others all disappeared, so these are the only survivors of their litter, most likely. These babies are about 4 months old and they are sweet, lower energy puppies. They are a little bit shy at first but they want so badly to be loved. They are crate trained and have never had an accident in their crate. We do not know their breed but I suspect they are victims of the doodle craze. Not curly enough to be considered highly desirable, adoption wise. I personally love their wiry, scruffy coats. They are low maintenance and will not require the grooming that a doodle requires. Sokka is fully vetted and ready to find a home of his own.  In New England.
