*needs spayed + updated shots *preferably seeking active adults with kids or cats *applying retirees need to be active Scarlett is a high-energy dog who loves people and hates being locked in a kennel for long periods. She loves going to parks, running, playing, jumping up to give kisses, and cuddling in bed at night. She thrives when she can be around her people and part of an active home. She does great with kids though she is jumpy and her best friend is a cat. When we adopted her at 6-months old we found out that the whole time she was confined to a pen and sheltered from normal life. We have worked with her and she has made good progress on kennel training, leash training and knows commands like sit and kennel. She does well when let out regularly but still has occasional accidents and will need continued house training. Due to a financial hardship and schedule changes we can no longer afford/provide the time, training or care she deserves. Kennel, food, bed and toys included!
