Story
Buddy is a lovable, huggable, energetic 11 year-old Cockapoo. He came from a farmer/breeder and we met the parents. He follows basic commands and likes to play with throw toys. He sleeps most of the day, but jumps up to play when he hears our voices. We walk 2 times a day, usually from 1-2 miles. He goes crazy over squirrels and pulls hard, but then is good to walk. My husband has recently been diagnosed with Alzheimer's and is finding it harder to care for Buddy. He still bathes him weekly and even brushes his teeth. Buddy has some skin allergies so we give him a daily pill (in cheese)and occasionally some ear wash drops (has Cocker ears). He loves kids but not cats. He's OK with another dog in the house. We can donate all his furnishings (crate, pillow bed, leashes, bowls, winter jacket).

Story
Our little charming girl is called Rhonda and she is a darling Aussie Doodle girl that was born the first of April as an accidental litter born in a rural county of Tennessee. She has the softest fur that is like bunny fur and it begs to be stroked and snuggled with.  Rhonda has the most expressive eyes that just bring you in to her aura of puppy cuteness and love.  She is inquisitive and loving and plays with any dog that will play with her.   She is going to be a 45-50 pound girl when fully grown and will be a head turner with her milk chocolate color with white marshmallow accents on her feet, chest and nose.  Raising this girl will be a delight and a fountain of entertainment as you watch her curiosity grow and her learning curve grow brighter as she conquers her puppy etiquette classes with ease.  We are looking for a family with a fenced yard, lots of fun adventures for her to go on outside the home.  She will be a friendship magnet as you show her off to the world on your travels and errands run. Please email Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrnewengland@gmail.com if you are interested in making this girl your very own Tennessee Treasure (where we are based out of and transport from) PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comMay 30, 2026, 3:02 pm

Story
Meet Chocko — a 3-year-old, 20-pound Shih Tzu/Cocker Spaniel mix with a huge personality, a happy spirit, and a nose that believes every walk should be a full-blown “Sniff-fari.” This handsome little guy is the perfect combination of fun, affection, curiosity, and companionship all wrapped up in one adorable package. Chocko is the kind of dog who wakes up every day excited to see what adventure might happen next. Whether it’s a long neighborhood walk, a car ride to run errands, a weekend road trip, or simply exploring the backyard like it’s brand new, he is ALL IN. He absolutely loves his walks and can happily stroll for blocks without slowing down, making him a wonderful companion for someone who enjoys being active and having a loyal little sidekick along for the ride. And when the adventures are over? Chocko transforms into the sweetest companion who just wants to be near his people. He has wonderful house manners, travels beautifully in the car, and would gladly accept the role of full-time co-pilot in someone’s life. If you’ve ever wanted a dog who is always ready to go wherever you go, Chocko is your guy. He does very well with crate training and potty training and is eager to continue learning new commands and routines. Chocko is a smart boy who truly enjoys interaction and engagement. He also loves other dogs and wants very much to play and socialize with them. Due to some hardships in his previous life, he does have mild food guarding tendencies, but it is easily managed by feeding him separately from other pets. Outside of mealtime, he is loving, social, and full of joy. What makes Chocko especially lovable is his personality. He has that perfect mix of silly and sweet — one minute proudly investigating every smell on earth with total determination, and the next minute gazing up at you with those soulful eyes like you are his entire world. He brings energy and laughter into a home without being overwhelming, and his affectionate nature makes it impossible not to fall for him. Chocko is ready for a fresh start with someone who will appreciate his playful spirit, continue building his confidence, and include him as part of everyday life. He has so much love to give and is simply waiting for the person who will say, “Yep… you’re coming home with me.” ❤️ If you are interested in adopting Chocko, please email Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrnewengland@gmail.com   PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comMay 30, 2026, 3:02 pm
