Story
Lexi is a 3 year old cockapoo. She is a beautiful, and loyal dog. But, she’s territorial and doesn’t do well with children. She would do best in a home with no other animals. She’s never been on a leash much, she roams around our yard and doesn’t go off anywhere. She loves to play, she plays fetch but she really likes playing rope. She also loves her chew toys, but she’s never chewed up anything that she wasn’t supposed to. I’d love to see her go to a home with a yard for her to play, and someone who will love her and give her all the cuddles she wants. She has nipped and bitten at our children. She is a very high anxiety dog — she doesn’t like loud noises, commotion, etc.She is very loyal and loving to my husband and I, as well as a few other adults that frequent our home regularly. She sleeps in bed with my husband and I each night and loves to lay on the couch while I read. She only likes the kids in very, very small doses though and unfortunately, we just can’t trust her.

Story
Meet Oscar! Oscar is a one-year-old doodle who is ready to find his forever family! Neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines, this handsome boy is the more outgoing sibling and enjoys making new friends. Oscar would do best in a home with another friendly dog to help him continue building his confidence. Like many young doodles, he'll benefit from continued training, especially with leash manners and some household basics. With patience, consistency, and lots of love, he'll grow into an amazing companion. Oscar was a superstar during his bath, though he could use a few more spa days—or maybe even a trip to the groomer—to keep his fluffy coat looking its best. If you're looking for a fun, loving young dog to add to your family, come meet Oscar. He can't wait to find his forever home!Interested in adopting? Story
Meet Fats – Looking for a Patient, Loving Home Fats is a handsome doodle who is around 1 year old. He is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccines. Now, he's searching for a family willing to give him the time and understanding he needs to truly shine. Fats came to us from a hoarding situation and has had very limited exposure to the world. Because of this, new people, new places, and new experiences can be overwhelming for him. He is a sweet boy at heart, but he needs a patient adopter who will let him move at his own pace and show him that life doesn't have to be scary. We feel Fats would do best in a home with another confident, friendly dog to help guide him and show him the ropes. Having a canine companion could make a huge difference in helping him build confidence. Due to his nervous nature, we believe a home with older, respectful children would be the best fit. We are unsure how he does with cats, so any introductions would need to be very slow, patient, and carefully managed. FATS will also benefit from continued training. Positive reinforcement training will not only help him learn important life skills but will also help build his confidence and strengthen the bond with his new family. Fats isn't looking for perfection—he's looking for someone willing to believe in him. With time, consistency, training, and lots of love, this young boy has the potential to blossom into an amazing companion. Could you be the one to show him that the world is full of kindness?
