Story
Max is two years old and was bought from a breeder. Max is a very loving and gentle dog with a lot of energy. We think he’d best in a home where he has people that are willing to play, cuddle and have time/energy to commit to training him. He is a ball of anxiety and barks at strangers and things that scare him. He needs someone to invest more time into building his confidence to ease his anxiety.He’s lived with an older pit bull that he loves for the entire time we’ve had him. They’re both possessive and so they have issues with feedings and toys. Having an infant now, the dogs possessive tendencies have caused us stress concerning her safety. I think he’d do well with older children as he’s energetic and affectionate. He has his faults, but is an amazing pet and has the potential to be his best self with someone willing to invest more time into him. We are devastated to rehome him, but hope he has a better life with a devoted family.

This sweet boy is affectionate, social, and happiest when he’s surrounded by the ones he loves — both humans and furry friends!Milo is a sweet, gentle, and affectionate boy who came to our family from a breeder/hoarding situation in poor condition. After veterinary care, a nutritious diet, and lots of love, he has made an incredible recovery. Milo would do especially well in a home with another friendly dog to be his companion, playmate, and buddy. He, enjoys being part of a pack and loves having a fur sibling nearby. He’s also very much a people puppy. Milo loves being with his humans and would thrive in a home where someone is around often or where he can be included in the family’s daily activities.
