Story
FOREVER FOSTER or ADOPTER WANTED! Hello my potential family. I am 25 lbs of pure LOVE. I enjoy going on short strolls and sniffing. Whether it is a car ride, going for a walk. I just love to be part of the mix. Give me a little time to warm up to you and the reward will melt your heart. I love being scratched under my chin or on my lower back, that really makes my tail nub go. I am the happiest little girl in the world. I do not mind other dogs, big or small, I have not met any cats, but I do not think they would be any problem either. I am a soft spoken, sweet, quiet soul and do not like a lot of noise or activity. When it gets loud and busy, I will go find a quiet place. I do have Glaucoma in my left eye, and need drops twice a day, but I am very good at taking them. I know where I am supposed to go to the restroom and will let you know if I need to go out. I look forward to meeting you.Fill out an adoption application directly on our website at www.lionelslegacy.org

Story
After being surrendered to the Downey Shelter at 14 years old for unknown reasons, sweet Pinky got a fresh start when she became a Frosted Face on March 9th. Despite losing her home and family, Pinky remains a loving, loyal companion who’s ready to give her whole heart to someone special. If you’re looking for a devoted friend to share your days with, Pinky could be the one for you! Pinky went on a two-week Frosted Fling, so we could learn more about her in a home environment while she received lots of TLC. Her foster mom reports: "Pinky is just the sweetest thing! She is such a gentle girl who loves nothing more than to be next to her person and get pets. Pinky has limited vision, but this doesn’t stop her from being curious and wanting to learn about her surroundings. Mostly however, she is content to lay beside you on the couch and just be near to her family! Give her a couple days to settle in to your home (and learn where the walls are) and she will be stuck to your side! PInky loves going to the park and sniffing everything. She walks nicely on a leash (see video), but not too far. She enjoys the smells and grass for playtime. She does great with other dogs and even runs around with them! She also does great with cats. Pinky loooves food but does not resource guard when being given food or treats. She liked to sleep in bed with us and be really close and slept for a good eight hours. Please think about giving this sweet, loving girl a home!" To meet cuddle bug Pinky, please email: placement@frostedfacesfoundation.org
