WE ARE A TX BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application found at haydudeequine.org Our adoption fee is $300 for puppies which includes their spay/neuter and all vetting and $200 for transport. Churchill - You are the bridge between what was and what will be, my pathway to a new life! Oh do we have the puppy cuteness overload going on here!! These 3 brothers have got the boxes checked!!! Affectionate - check Sweet - check Huggable and Kissable - double that check Playful - check Cute as a button - oh for sure that's a check Pawsome family members - yep, that's a check The family - no check :( ...yet! Lil Churchill and his brothers were rescued from a rural shelter close to the Mexico/Texas border. They had managed to misplace their pawports and were being detained. Luckily we managed to get them out on good behavior!! Churchill is 3 months old and can be a tad shy upon first meet. But as with your typical puppy it doesn't take him long to warm up and show his true silly personality. A little bit sassy, a little bit sweet and a whole lot of cuddly. At around 6 lbs he should be about 20ish lbs when he gets fully grown up. What a great size for well...everything. Big enough for any activities and adventures you might want to go on but small enough to make sure there is lots of room on the couch for you. He wants to make sure he doesn't miss out on his cuddle time! He does great with people and the other foster pups here at the rescue. He would be beside himself if he was to get a family with a playful sibling (2 or 4 legged variety) that he could have a blast in the yard anytime or all the time!! At his young age, even tho he hasn't met a cat yet, if introduced properly he should do great with them too. Churchill will need lots of exercise and playtime to help keep his puppy shenanigans at a minimal but with that in he should do great in town, out in the country or anywhere in between. Churchill's coat will require some regular grooming to keep him looking his best. Sweet and sassy, playful and snuggly, add in that cutest lil face and you've got a fabulous family member just waiting to happen! He just needs YOU to help him get that last box checked!!! These brothers include - Beauregard, CalvinKlein and Churchill

Story
Sadie is an older Cocker Spaniel, she is about 11 years old. She weighs about 27 pounds. Her owner, my husband’s cousin, has had dementia for the past few years. He no longer has the ability to take proper care of her. She is a friendly, gentle, sweet dog. She is very docile and good with children. She is obedient and will come when called. Sadie does not have a mean bone in her body. Sadie is very compliant and faithful. She will just follow her owner around wherever they go. Sadie is not a barker. We have never seen her be confrontational with any other dog. She does have bad breath and needs to visit a vet to help her with that issue. We spray her mouth with a Complete Care dental dog spray with baking soda for fresh breath and tartar control. She is not likely to have an accident in the house as long as she is taken out regularly. When she lived alone with her owner with dementia, he would leave the sliding back door open to the fenced in back yard and she never had an accident.
