Story
Our 11-year-old cattle dog, Gunner, is looking for a new home. He is incredibly loyal, smart, and devoted to his people. As you can see from that big smile, he’s a happy boy who loves being around his family. He still enjoys walks, hanging out and being part of the action. We want to be completely honest and upfront — he has nipped a couple of strangers in the past. Nothing serious, no blood drawn and no injuries, but it’s important to us that anyone considering him knows this. Because of that, he would do best in a calm, adult-only home (or one with older kids) and ideally with someone experienced with herding breeds. We recently welcomed a new baby into our home, and after a lot of thought and love, we feel he would be happiest and safest in a quieter environment.
