💕 When Two Special Hearts Find Each Other… 💕 Sometimes, rescue has a way of bringing two souls together who were simply meant to find each other. 🐾❤️ 🐾💖 Meet Ivy! 💖🐾 Ivy is a precious little Mini Aussie with a very special personality and an even bigger heart. She may be deaf, but she doesn't let that slow her down one bit! Ivy is a happy, playful, affectionate girl who loves being around her people and enjoying all the fun life has to offer. She is smart, attentive, and learns beautifully through visual cues and routine. Her foster mom has been working with her on leash walks, and Ivy absolutely loves getting out and exploring. Ivy gets along well with other dogs and can enjoy canine companionship, but she does not need another dog to be happy. She is ready to find a family who will understand that being deaf simply means communicating with her a little differently. In return, she'll give you endless love, loyalty, and plenty of happy moments. ❤️ Ivy previously spent time with Kiwi, and the two were once thought to be a bonded pair. As they became more comfortable and settled into their foster environment, however, it became clear that they are not bonded and can be adopted separately. We are now looking for the right individual forever home for each of these special girls. Ivy is looking for someone who will appreciate her unique way of experiencing the world and continue using positive reinforcement, visual communication, and plenty of love. ✨ I may not hear your voice, but I will absolutely feel your love. 💖🐶 Serious adopters from Southern Lee County (Estero area) and Collier County only. Max's Ark is a volunteer-based rescue organization with no physical shelter.
