Her gentle nature shines through in her unwavering love for people; she craves affection and thrives on human touch. But it's not just people she adores-her heart extends to every canine companion she meets, finding joy in playful romps and tail-wagging friendships. Story
Why hasn't she found her forever home? I have no idea. She's so smart, affectionate, athletic, and absolutely gorgeous. She will need some training on her leash walking to prevent pulling. Retta can easily jump a 4ft fence so ideally we would love for her to have a six foot. I think that she would be amazing in agility. Please reach out to me via text at 423-653-9895 to request our adoption questionnaire.

Story
Meet Wren, a resilient and loving girl who has been on quite a journey. She came to us as a stray and was adopted for 3 years, only to be brought back for a short time before being adopted again. After 8 months, I received a heartbreaking text: “We need to bring Wren back, we are moving and the rental in between moving won’t allow pets”. I was absolutely devastated, but I know Wren's story is far from over. This incredibly sweet girl will capture your heart with her affectionate nature, showering you with hugs and kisses. She's great on leash, housebroken, loves to play fetch, and gets along with dogs. She even enjoys car rides! Let's help Wren find her forever home where she'll be cherished and loved. 💗🐶. Story
Rubix is such a sweet pup. He loves attention, loves his playtime with his buddy and is "over the moon cute". Well mannered, already house trained and would be a perfect addition to a loving family. Rubix would be a great partner for hikes, camping and just "hanging out". A volunteer favorite, we are all shocked he hasn't found his forever, loving home. A home with a fenced yard would be great for this active fun pup.To adopt this pet, please go to hsnwga.org, 'Adoption' then 'Application for Adoption', to complete an online application to be preapproved. Story
Meet Leo, a vibrant border collie mix who weighs just a little under 70lbs. At 8 1/2 years young, Leo is still bursting with energy and enthusiasm. He thrives in the company of big dogs, and his best friend Cubby shares his love for exploring our scenic pond area. Leo has mastered the art of sitting, lying, and spinning, showcasing his intelligence and trainability. As he requires a fenced-in yard to prevent his curious nature from getting the better of him, a secure outdoor space is a must. Unfortunately, Leo needs a home with no small dogs or cats. Are you ready to welcome Leo into your life and share in his joy? He has been with us for over 2 years, and we can't wait to find him his forever home.To adopt this pet, please go to hsnwga.org, 'Adoption' then 'Application for Adoption', to complete an online application to be preapproved.
