Meet Duke - The Gentle Giant with a Lap‑Dog Heart!Duke is a handsome 4‑year‑old male Great Dane mix who is ready to find a family of his own. Though he may start off a little shy, Duke warms up beautifully with kindness and patience. He's currently learning his leash manners and figuring out that his big paws are meant to stay on the ground - not on your shoulders! Despite his size, Duke is absolutely convinced he's a lap dog and will happily lean in for cuddles once he trusts you. Duke already has a head start in his training and knows basic commands like sit and shake a paw. He responds very well to positive reinforcement. Duke would be best suited as the only furry friend in the house where he can be showered with affection. If you're looking for a sweet, goofy, oversized companion who just wants to be loved, Duke might be your perfect match. Come down to the West Van branch and meet him in person! He walks nicely on a leash, but he's pretty convinced he should be the one holding it - and will happily try to take it from you!This tall, enthusiastic guy is also working on keeping all four feet on the ground, and he's making great progress. Marley absolutely loves to play and will entertain himself by tossing and chasing his own ball, which is just as adorable as it sounds. When he is done with his silly games he does enjoy a good cuddle.If you're searching for a fun, playful companion who's eager to learn and ready to love, Marley might be the perfect match. 💛If you would like to meet Marley:1.
