Story
Meet Squirrel Part coonhound, part chaos gremlin, all heart. Squirrel is a goofy little guy with big puppy energy, an even bigger personality, and a nose that’s always leading him into his next adventure. He’s incredibly smart (sometimes too smart), which means he loves learning new things — especially when training feels more like a game than homework. Make it fun, and this boy is all in. Squirrel is strong-willed and confident, so he’s looking for someone who appreciates a puppy with opinions and a playful streak. Once he’s done zooming around and showing off his latest discoveries, his favorite place to be is curled up in your lap, happily chewing on his beloved toy like the world’s cutest little roommate. And just wait until you hear his play howl. It’s equal parts adorable, dramatic, and impossible not to laugh at. If you’re looking for a smart, silly best friend who will keep you entertained, keep you on your toes, and love you with his whole goofy heart, Squirrel is ready to sniff his way right into your life. ##2732446##

Story
Nora Jean’s story started with heartbreak. After being hit by a car, this sweet coonhound came to us scared, injured, and fighting for her life. Despite losing a leg, Nora Jean never lost her spirit. Over the last several months, she has healed into the happiest, most loving girl. She’s full of personality, loves to play, and doesn’t let having three legs slow her down one bit. She adores bigger dogs, loves attention from people, and has the kind of goofy, loyal personality that makes everyone fall in love with her. Nora Jean has overcome so much and deserves a home that will give her the love and stability she’s fought so hard for. She’s proof that resilience comes in four paws — even if one is missing. 💙🐾
