Meet Gus 🐾 Gus is a 4.5-year-old Redtick Coonhound with a classic hound heart—sweet, loyal, and always ready for an adventure. He’s been with us since he was a puppy, and he’s grown into a loving, well-socialized dog who truly enjoys being part of a family. Gus does great with kids and gets along well with other dogs, especially those his own size. He enjoys going on walks, where his hound nose gets a workout, and he’s happiest when he has time to explore the world at a relaxed pace. After a good walk, he’s content to settle in and enjoy some quality downtime with his people. He would thrive in a home that appreciates his gentle, curious nature and can give him regular walks and companionship. Gus is a wonderful dog who will make a loyal and loving addition to the right home. This decision has not been made lightly. Our goal is to find Gus a loving home where he will get the attention and care he deserves.
