Emmie Lou is a 7 year old black & tan coonhound. She weighs around 65 pounds, is spayed, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped, heartworm negative, and is on prevention. This girl is full of personality. She is very affectionate and loves attention and to snuggle. Don’t let her age fool you. Emmie Lou is still an active girl that can still tree a coon a lives for her walks. This girl has no trouble walking 6 miles and could keep going. She will help keep you in shape and active since she will sit by the door if you forget her walk. If you need a walking buddy Emmie Lou is your girl. Oh my, Atrium’s soulful eyes will melt your heart! She is estimated to be about 2 years old and weighs 46 pounds. Atrium is such a sweet girl with a fun-loving and goofy personality. One of our volunteers brought her 11 year old daughter to the rescue and Atrium was very drawn to her, maybe her forever family will have some children to cuddle with. If there are tennis balls around or toys, she is a very happy girl! Her soft mouth release really shows her sweet and gentle spirit. She is also a great walker too and already knows sit, down and shake. Atrium can be a little submissive and hand shy though, showing her belly a lot, so some structure and confidence building would be wonderful for her. Atrium is a loving dog who is ready to find her forever home where any children are at least 4 years old. She's hopeful that her new family will give her a warm and cozy place to call home, where she can be loved and cared for. If there is another nice doggy sibling in the home, Atrium would love to meet them. She has a soft, loose approach with other dogs with an “all in” goofy play style. Toby is coming up on his 2nd birthday (08/29/2022). He's a good boy and doesn't bite. He will usually get bullied by other dogs, but in the instances he got to play with other dogs he was excited none the less. He's got his shots up to date. He's fixed and has been living pretty comfortably. He's got a lot of energy and will need to run around. I adopted him as a puppy, he's a rescue. He's been a great companion. He's a sweet dog and will get worried about you (even if you pretend to fall down) He'll need a home with some space to move around. He has his harness for walks and some other accessories thar will come with him.
