MEET DALE
Those soulful eyes. Those wonderful hound ears. That happy, wagging tail. Dale is a sweet black and brown Coonhound mix who is ready to steal your heart and become your very best friend.
Dale is an affectionate boy with a beautiful combination of gentle sweetness and happy-go-lucky excitement. Once he knows he is safe and loved, you can see his whole personality begin to shine. His tail starts wagging, his ears perk up, and suddenly you're the most important person in his world.
Dale is still learning about life and building his confidence, so he is looking for someone who understands that the best relationships are built with patience, kindness, and trust. Soft voices, reassuring affection, and gentle guidance will help this sweet boy discover just how wonderful life can be.
And because Dale is a Coonhound mix, he is ready for some hound-style fun, too. He would love a family who will let him follow his nose, enjoy daily walks, explore new places, and experience the world alongside his favorite person. He has the potential to be the perfect combination of adventure buddy and couch companion.
One minute Dale may be doing his happy dance because it's time for a walk, and the next he may be curled up beside you in a warm hound-pile, completely content just to be near his people.
Dale has a big, soft heart and so much love waiting to be shared. He doesn't need perfection. He needs someone patient enough to earn his trust, loving enough to show him he is safe, and committed to giving him the forever home he deserves.
If you have a loving home and a heart ready to welcome a loyal companion, Dale may be the boy you've been waiting for.
