Introducing Nash! 🐾❤️ Nash is a 14-week-old Corgi/Shepherd mix with approximately 90% ears and 10% puppy. 😂 We’re pretty sure he can hear a treat bag open from three counties away. This adorable little guy is sweet, funny, playful, and just a tiny bit shy when he first meets you. Give him a minute, though, and he warms right up and is ready to be your best friend! He loves toys, romping around with other dogs, and having some good old-fashioned puppy fun. And once playtime is over, he’s more than happy to settle in for some snuggles. 🥹 Nash is medium energy, does great with kids, cats, and other dogs, and he’s already doing really well with both crate and house training. He’s the perfect combination of playful, cuddly, and ridiculously cute. He’s neutered, UTD on vaccinations, and ready to find his forever home! 🏡🐾

UPDATE* Meet Milo! Hes an adorable Corgi/Shih Tzu mix. Unfortunately, he’s too puppy and plays too rough with the senior small dogs in his home and is looking for the perfect playful home. Hes 7 months old and 20-30 lbs. He is shaved down in his pic for summer but does have thicker/longer hair. He is great with dogs but playful  and kids. He will complete his vetting 8/26/26 and will then be adoption ready. We are taking applications now! Our adoptions are NOT on a first come first serve basis and there is no fee to apply! We never state any animal is fully House-trained. New environments, situations, families, routines, ect. can lead to accidents even with the most well trained animals.  All dogs have a $195 adoption fee which includes vet check, age appropriate shots (atleast 2 sets for puppies), dewormer, heartworm test (if over 6 months), rabies (if atleast 16 weeks) and spay/neuter! Puppies will be altered before adoption. All rescues and shelters practice pediatric spay and neuter. This is essential in our rescue efforts and it is a policy that we will stick by. All dogs over 8 weeks and 2 pounds will be altered before adoption. There are no exceptions to this rule on all healthy and adoptable dogs. We have researched and discussed in depth with multiple vets everything on pediatric spay and neuter and from a rescue stand point it must be done. Please do not ask for an extension on spay and neutering, it will NOT be granted on a healthy puppy!  Puppies/Dogs that are not available for adoption due to vetting not being complete can be reserved with an approved application and a non refundable $50 deposit. Deposits can ONLY be submitted once the rescue has been in contact on your approval and it has been requested through Wags and Whiskers. This deposit is applied to your adoption fee and the remaining $145 is due at pick up. Wags and Whiskers is an all-volunteer rescue. Please allow us time to respond to all inquires and applications! Lucy is 7 and she is such a sweet girl. We really hate to have to rehome her but our schedule is so busy with having a 4 year old, 1 1/2 year old and a brand new baby. Lucy really loves affection and requires attention we don’t have time to give. She gets anxious if she is left alone for way too long which sometimes we have to do but she is crate trained and house trained and she doesn’t mind staying in a crate for around 5-6 hours at a time but she needs a home where she can have lots of attention and love from her owner who has the time to give it.
