Story
Our Gemma came to us about 4 yrs ago, I had recently lost my dog and was engaged to be married and wanted our first pet together. We recently had a baby, and Gemma seems to be ok with him. But would love a mature household with no kids just because she is anxious around young kids. she is picky about other dogs and has recieved some professional help with that. We love our Gemma but are unable to care for her any longer due to unforseen circumstances. We want her to find a good loving home, she loves to go on walks and play toy, loves to sleep with her person. She has everything you'll need, kennel, clothes, training collar and more. It is very important to find our girl a loving home.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Pickles is not currently up for adoption at our shelter - instead we are helping her owner, Zulema, by listing her as a Courtesy Listing in hopes we can help her find someone that will welcome Pickles into their home! Zulema's contact info is down below for anyone potentially interested. Meet Pickles!! She is a spirited four-year-old Pembroke Welsh Corgi with a big personality and an even bigger heart. She's spent her whole life in a loving family home and is just as happy on a long walk or chasing a ball as she is curled up quietly in her favorite corner. Pickle knows her basic commands, walks well on a leash, is fully potty and kennel trained, and is an eager, quick learner who loves a good training session. She's in excellent overall health, with no major medical concerns, just the occasional mild eye irritation that clears up quickly with drops. She's also a delightfully enthusiastic eater who enjoys everything from roast chicken to blueberries to a good frozen lick mat. Pickles currently lives with two other dogs, and while she gets along wonderfully with one, she's developed resource guarding tendencies with the other that have made a multi-dog household a challenge. Because of this, we believe Pickles would do best as the only dog in her new home, or carefully matched with a calm, confident companion after a proper introduction period. She's a loyal, loving girl who thrives with people who can give her focused attention, consistent routines, and the structure she needs to feel secure. Pickles is ready to find a home where she can truly shine as someone's one and only.
