Her prior owner could not continue to care for her and reached out. Thumper is now in a foster home and having a wonderful time. She's full of fun and play, hence has made many new friends in the foster. She has room to run and be silly. She's also living with a cat and knows how to respect them. Thumper's crate trained and learning about housetraining. Thumper's adoption fee if $400 to help cover the medical costs of getting ready for adoption. We call Garnet a Velcro dog because she's super affectionate. In fact, she loves being around people! She's a 5-year-old, 45-pound mix of Corgi and Terrie. She has a short and stocky build and every bit of it is filled with love! That includes walks, too! Offer her a leash and she'll be right with you as you stroll down the street! &#194&#147This girl is an absolute delight,&#194&#148 says her foster! You'll think so, too! We just happened to be somewhere at a time where we witnessed the dog being mistreated and poorly cared for. My boyfriend took him in hopes of caring for him until we could find him a home where he can be loved and taken care of properly. A family or person who has time, love and patience to provide him with the specific daily needs of a corgi. He is very intelligent and easily trainable. but requires an owner to be consistent and disciplined. He may look small and stout but dont let this little dude fool you. He is extremely strong, very fast, and has a ton of energy to release daily. Being that he is a herding/working dog. Unsure exactly how he was previously cared for in his life but he is still a very young pup and always shows interests in learning new things, loves playing with toys, going on walks or runs, very lovable and likes to snuggle up if you let him. He is patienting waiting for the right place for him to be apart of and call home, is that you and your family?
