You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Oh my gosh, Olivia is the best! She came to us as an owner surrender, and she is a purebred Pembroke Welsh Corgi who is going on 6 years old. She was originally released to another rescue from a breeder and she has a sunny and perky disposition. Olivia has been completely vetted and her adoption fee is $150. Olivia would love a home that has had some experience with corgis. As a breeder release, she is still learning a lot about "dog stuff", but is smart and happy to learn. She has had some basic training and is getting better at leash walking. She has done well with other dogs. Cats? We have no idea. We do think she'd prefer a somewhat quiet and calm home and a fenced yard would be absolutely perfect for her. An ADULT only home would be best. Teens should be fine, however. NOTE:  Adoptions are done via private appointment once an application has been completed and approved. Applications must be submitted at our website, mchs.rescuegroups.org. We are located at 101 22nd St. SE in Austin, right next to the airport. It's exit 180B off of I-90, right off of 218 South. We do require that potential adopters be at least 21 years old and that any resident dogs be up to date on vaccinations, heartworm testing/preventatives, and spayed or neutered.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.March 22, 2026, 5:18 pm
