Story
Dexter is an absolute sweet heart. When we got Dexter at 12 weeks the previous owners had him and his brother locked in a cat carrier in a garage. Dexter Carried a lot of trauma at a young age when we got him. We have cats and 4 small kids at home. Dexter is used to being around small kids but would prefer to be alone. Dexter would be a perfect only animal and takes a while to warm up to people. The only aggression we see is with small kids and animals that run from him. We absolutely hate doing this but he’s so unhappy here and we don’t want to risk our kids getting hurt. He has such good potential as an only pup. Dexter is 2 years old and fully potty trained. Please contact me with any questions.

Story
Normal to high energy. Crate trained. Loves walks or runs. Needs walks more because of his breed or outside play. Would be amazing with a person who has a big yard with fence or something like that. He’s 5 until 12/12. He loves belly rubs and treats and will eat anything you give him. Chases cats but doesn’t purposely hurt them. He just wants to play with them and doesn’t understand he’s big. But he is a good boy. Does bark when he wants something like attention or food or to go outside. Like’s fetch and sleep. He is not aware of his own strength so elementary kids are kind of like iffy, or easily hurt by accident.
