Story
Hi everyone. We need to rehome our wonderful 2 year old corgi, Cowboy. He has leash reactivity to dogs and will herd cats, which makes it hard for him to live in an apartment environment. He loves belly rubs, playing fetch and he is really good at sit, down and stay and is kennel trained. He is also in training with a certified behaviorist, which I will pay the rest of the trainings for so he can continue them with a new family. We are asking for a home that has no cats, dogs, and a backyard. He was rescued and the family we adopted him from did not mention the reactivity, and we are not equipped to provide him the life he deserves.We will provide you with his kennel, treats, toys, food bowl, leash, and harness.

Meet Tinker!  If you’ve ever wished for a dog that’s equal parts cuddle bug, goofy sidekick, and adorable little shadow, Tinker might just be your perfect match. This 5-month-old Corgi mix is impossible not to fall in love with. With her irresistibly cute face, extra-long body, and tiny legs that work overtime as she zooms around the house, she brings a smile to everyone who watches her play. At around 20 pounds now, she’s expected to top out around 30 pounds—making her the perfect medium-sized companion. Tinker is incredibly affectionate once she knows you. She lives for belly rubs, loves curling up for cuddles, and would happily spend her evenings snuggled next to her favorite person. She also absolutely loves other dogs and thrives with canine friends who can help show her the ropes. Like many puppies, Tinker is still learning about the world. She can be shy and nervous when meeting new people, but with a little patience and kindness, she blossoms into the sweetest, most loving girl. Because young children can still make her uneasy, we’re looking for a home with older teenagers or adults who will give her the time and space she needs to build confidence. The progress she’s made already has been wonderful, and she’s only becoming braver every day. She’s already 90% house trained, knows how to use a dog door, and is well on her way to becoming an amazing lifelong companion. Tinker isn’t looking for perfection—she’s looking for someone who will believe in her. In return, you’ll gain a loyal best friend who will make you laugh with her tiny-legged zoomies, melt your heart with her cuddles, and remind you every day that the best things in life are worth a little patience.
