🐾💙 Hi… I’m Sangi. 💙🐾 (And I’ve been waiting for you.) Not long ago, I had everything. A home. A routine. A human I loved with my whole heart. Then one day… my world stopped. 😔💔 My owner suddenly passed away, and just like that, my son Carino and I lost everything. We didn’t understand why we had to leave our home — only that the life we knew was gone. Through no fault of our own, we were left with nowhere to go. I’m the dad. I tried to be brave. 🐾 But inside, my heart was broken. Thankfully, angels stepped in. ✨ Paws Without Borders and the most incredible foster opened their arms and gave us safety when we had nothing. Since then, I’ve been learning how to trust again, how to relax, how to believe that good things can still happen. 🤍 And guess what? I love the good things. 🧸 Toys? Yes please. 🤗 Belly rubs? Absolutely. 🛋️ Cozy naps and quiet moments? That’s my love language. I’m a gentle, soulful little guy who has been through a lot… and I think I’d really shine as someone’s one-and-only. I’ve spent my life caring for others — now I’m ready to be the one who’s cherished and spoiled. ✨ I’m doing great in foster care: 🐾 Crate trained 🐾 Potty pad pro 🐾 Learning new routines 🐾 Building confidence every single day Men still make me a little nervous — but I’m trying. I even walked up to my foster dad for pets and belly rubs (and I kinda loved it). Progress feels good. 💙 🐶 A little about me: • 4-year-old neutered male Shih Tzu mix • ~20 lbs of love • Good with small and large female dogs • Not a fan of large male dogs • Unsure about cats • May be happiest as an only dog, soaking up all the attention 🌟 Carino and I can be adopted together… but it’s okay if our journeys look different. What matters most is that we both find love again. 🐾 I’ve already lost my person once. My dad and I lost everything when our beloved owner suddenly passed away. One day we had a home… and the next, we had nowhere to go. Through no fault of our own, our whole world changed. 😭💔 But here’s the hopeful part… ✨ Thanks to rescue and an amazing foster family, I’ve been wrapped in love, care, and patience. I’m fully vetted, learning routines, and discovering that life can be kind again. Handsome Mr Polo is having his head shots taken to become the next doggie super model. He is looking for a loving home where he can be lived and flourish. He a nice 18 pound boy who loves interacting and cuddling as well. He has come to rescue because we were told of a bite incident with the original owner.
