Sadie’s story hasn’t been easy, but her heart is still full of love. She was first dumped as a puppy, then adopted by someone who neglected her. She wasn’t fed or cared for, and when she developed an infection after her spay, she didn’t receive the medical care she needed. She was eventually returned to the shelter, where she ended up on the euthanasia list. Thankfully, Sadie was rescued just in time and is now thriving in foster care in Northern California. Sadie is about 3 years old, a beautiful fawn-colored Chesapeake Bay Retriever, Weimeraner mix with soulful golden eyes. She’s incredibly sweet, eager to please, and ready to finally be loved the way she’s always deserved.
