Story
Rosie is a blonde Dachshund mix with the cutest little low-rider legs and a story that makes her all the more special. She was found beside a dumpster, scared and unsure of the world—but since then, she’s learned something incredible: how to love, trust, and be part of a home. Now, Rosie is full of life. She’s energetic, playful, and always ready to go. She loves to romp around, play with other dogs, and burn off her zoomies. She’s also very smart and continues to learn quickly as she grows more confident every day. Because of her excitement level, Rosie would do best in a home with kids over 10. Little kids can be overwhelming for her, and she may get a bit too hyped during playtime. With older kids or adults, she really shines. Rosie gets along well with other dogs and would likely love a playful companion. She’ll do best with a family that understands she didn’t always have a safe start in life and will continue to give her patience, structure, and love as she keeps blossoming. From surviving on her own to learning how to be loved, Rosie is proof of just how resilient dogs can be. Now she’s ready to find a forever home where she can keep growing, playing, and being the happy little dog she was always meant to be 💛

Senior Spotlight: Beanie the Weenie Meet our precious little Bean Beanie is a sweet senior girl around 13 years old who is looking for the retirement home she deserves. This adorable dachshund was sadly dumped, but thankfully some kind-hearted people stepped in and made sure she got the help and love she needed. Honestly, we cannot understand how this perfect little lady ended up in this situation — Beanie is absolutely wonderful. She loves to snuggle, has the sweetest disposition ever, and just wants to be close to her people. Beanie does have some separation anxiety, so she would do best in a home where someone is around most of the time. She is happiest curled up beside you soaking in all the love. Spayed Heartworm negative Current on vaccines & preventions Recently had a dental Microchipped Comes with a special GeoTag for extra safety Beanie is ready to spend her golden years spoiled rotten and surrounded by love. If you’re looking for the perfect little companion to share your couch and your heart, Beanie may be your girl. https://ifilmheroes.com/Adoption ##2744326##

Story
Molly is 15 years old and is in need of a loving caregiver who can be home with her. I work and travel. At her age, she needs to go outside to go to the bathroom a couple of times during the day. She likes to go on walks, but the rest of the time she lays around and sometimes walks around the house. She would be a good companion for someone who is home a lot. She needs pet stairs to get on the couch which I will supply. She is not currently on any medication. She eats kibble.

Story
Meet Archer & Aubrey! Some bonds are simply meant to last a lifetime, and Archer and Aubrey are hoping to find a forever home where they can continue their journey together. For nearly a decade, these adorable seniors were used for breeding on an animal hoarding property. They spent most of their lives indoors with very little opportunity to simply be dogs. When they were rescued, both were suffering from severe flea infestations that left them with hair loss and painfully irritated skin. Archer also has a mild entropion eye, but at this time it does not bother him, so surgery has been postponed. Today, these two are thriving and proving that age is just a number. Archer, a Dachshund mix, and Aubrey, a Chihuahua mix, each weigh about 10 pounds, though they would benefit from losing a couple of pounds through healthy exercise and diet. Their favorite activities include taking a few joyful laps around the yard, rolling in the grass, soaking up sunshine, and then settling in for a cozy nap. Once indoors, you'll often find them chewing on a favorite bone, occasionally playing together, or curled up on the couch—ideally right beside you. They are sweet, affectionate, and still have so much love to give. After spending so many years producing puppies for others, it's finally their turn to be someone's beloved family members. Archer and Aubrey are both spayed/neutered, heartworm negative, up to date on vaccines, and current on monthly preventatives.
