Story
Buddy and Pumpkin were surrendered to us by their owner of 8 years who couldn't keep them. They are precious! Buddy is a Dachshund who will be 8 yrs in March. He weighs 11 lb These pups are bonded and we will not separate them. They are low maintenance and their foster said they do not need crating. They don't like going outside much but will if you stay with them. They are pee pad trained for inside. Buddy has a big appetite while Pumpkin only eats a little, then stops when she's full. They will bark. Pumpkin loves to perch and watch what's going on while Buddy will follow you wherever you go. They have cute personalities and are ready to start over in a new loving home who will treasure them forever. Neutered, microchipped, vaccinated. Teeth were cleaned in Oct.

Story
Sassy's owner couldn't keep her so we said Yes, we'd love to help this girl. She is the cutest Chiweenie and so sweet. She is good with the 4 dogs in her foster but was not a fan of a toddler she met who moved too fast! We'll say no small kids for this pup. She loves lap time and wants to be spoiled! She's not a fan of crates but will tolerate one short term. No all day, all night crating please. She'd be so happy in a home where someone was there much of the time. She wasn't housetrained in her first foster home, but her 2nd one has had no issues at all if taken out regularly. Sassy is 2 and weighs 9 lb Spay, vaccines, microchip all done!

Story
Stetson is a very unique blend of Dachshund/Lab/Basset Hound. He has a gorgeous black, silky coat and perfectly curved little ears. He has short, little legs that have the curvature of a Dachshund/Basset Hound and the head and coloration of a Lab. Only a DNA test will truly tell us what the special blend of this handsome boy is. He is on the smaller side and weighs about 35 lbs. He loves to run and play and has tested well with both male and female dogs. He has been kenneled with my personal 15 year old Terrier mix female and he is very respectful of her. He loves his blankets and likes to pile them up to make a comfy bed for himself. He eats well and has been sharing his food and toys without any issues. He enjoys being petted, but would much prefer being down, sniffing things and exploring the yard. He rides well in my car out of a crate and does pretty well on the leash. He pulls a little bit in his excitement to see what is coming next. Cats are a definite no for this guy. He doesn't growl at them, but he barks and seems like he would definitely chase them.

Story
Being short legged but big in personality there are many reasons Pippa is a fabulous addition to your home 1. Will go wherever you go ( although you might have to help her being short legged and all) 2. Ready for anything you have in mind , whether it be chilling for the day or hanging out outside. 3. Other dogs are okay but she would rather be with you. Finally and frankly who doesn't need a friend to following you blindly into life taking the good, the bad and the in-between.
