Meet Pippen!
Scruffy, sweet-faced, and absolutely adorable, meet Pippen!
Pippen is a beautiful 3-year-old female with a gorgeous chocolate-brown and caramel coat, adorable floppy ears, soulful brown eyes, and the cutest little scruffy face! With her teddy bear appearance, she's sure to steal hearts wherever she goes!
This precious girl is getting a second chance at finding the loving family she deserves and can't wait to meet her forever family!
Based on her appearance, our best guess is that Pippen is a **Dachshund/Terrier mix**, possibly with some Schnauzer. Her long body, shorter legs, and adorable scruffy coat give her a unique combination of features!
Since Pippen is already an adult, we expect her to remain a **small dog, approximately 10–20 lbs**, although her actual weight has not yet been confirmed.
At 3 years old, Pippen is past the puppy stage, making her a wonderful option for someone looking for an adult companion!
We're still learning about Pippen's personality, temperament, and daily habits. Adopters should be prepared to provide patience, consistency, and plenty of love while she settles into her new home.
Her adorable scruffy coat may require regular brushing and occasional grooming to keep her looking and feeling her best!

Pippen is already spayed! She will receive appropriate veterinary care prior to adoption, including vaccinations, deworming, microchipping, and other routine care as needed.

All veterinary care provided is based on the dog's age and needs while in our rescue. We cannot guarantee a dog's future health or rule out unknown medical conditions.
**A Note About Adoption Fees:**
Paws Deep Animal Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization run by dedicated volunteers. Adoption fees are not a profit for our rescue. They help cover the costs of rescuing, transporting, feeding, and providing veterinary care for animals in our care.
While some adoption fees help offset the cost of an individual dog's care, many of the animals we rescue require extensive medical treatment, surgeries, or other specialized care that far exceeds their adoption fees. The fees collected from adoptions help us continue saving those animals whose adoption fees don't begin to cover their expenses.
By adopting, you're not just giving one dog a loving home. You're also helping us provide a second chance to other animals in need!
