Story
Say hello to the Righteous Gemstones. Mom is Lindy. She and her 6 pups were living on their own in the country and a nice lady was trying so hard to find help for this family. Sadly one pup did not survive but we were notified just in time to save mom and 6 pups. Lindy is only 42 pounds and looks to be a Kelpie. That’s a herding breed…and a perfect medium size. Mom is very laid back and she and her pups are enjoying the lifestyle they have come into. They have comfy beds, blankets, a couch, ac and all the food, water, vetting and love they needed to help them survive. We estimate the puppies were born in late March so that means if all goes as planned they will be fully vetted and ready for their forever homes the last weekend in May. What a perfect time to bring a pup home. If you are interested in adopting please visit our website at funnyfarmpets.org You can read all about our TN based rescue and how the adoption and transport process works. The link to submit the application is https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/FFRR/Dog Adoption fees are $399 and if the dog has to be transported out of West TN there will be an additional $200 fee.

Story
Skye is a beautiful , happy girl.  She is housebroken and full of joy and smiles. She loves her toys! She is most happy just being beside her person (especially if curled up on the couch). She does like to play and can even catch a frisbee. She is trained to take treats gently.  She also walks right into crate if asked. She gets along great with our other dogs. We think Skye would be fine with or without another dog.  She does have a little separation anxiety when left alone so another fur friend may be good for her. Skye loves going on walks and is very good on & off leash.  She is a great girl and you don't have to go through all of the puppy training!  If you're intersted in meeting a sweet girl, put in an applcation for Skye! ##2454991##

Story
This is Daisy. She is a 3 year old Dalmatian who loves to play, snuggle and kiss her squishmallows. She is a lazy girl but loves being outside either leashed or free roaming. She is very curious and very special. She is a good apartment dog if she gets enough exercise and loves all things soft and pink. You would be lucky to have her. She loves other dogs if introduced properly, she loves those extra few minutes of cuddles in the morning, and doesn’t care what she’s doing as long as she’s with you.

Story
Ruby and Marshall are a bonded pair. They have been together with their owner for a very long time. However, their beloved human has passed away, so they are in need of a new forever home. They can go separately. They need someone that can spend a lot of time with them. They are very affectionate and are always starved for attention, as their previous owner gave them all of his attention every day. They are both housebroken and do very well on a leash. They also love to play in a fenced in yard together. Their previous owner seemed to have them on a schedule where he would take them out every 3 hours for paly and potty breaks. Ruby and Marshall would make a great family members for an active family. If you would like to add them to your home, please respond by using the big black button marked: "Ask About Me" and we will send you an application. These dogs are being fostered in TN but included in your adoption fee is transport to a location near you by Rescue Riders Pet Transport, the most animal friendly transport on the road.

Story
Cooper is a 4-year-old Kelpie mix with a gentle, thoughtful spirit who just needed time to feel safe. When he first arrived in his foster home, it was clear he hadn’t had much (if any) socialization with people or everyday life inside a home. Regular household sounds, movement, even the TV were overwhelming. His crate became his safe place, and he would choose to go there often just to feel secure. With patience and consistency, Cooper has slowly blossomed. Now he spends most of his day resting calmly on the couch or laying in the kitchen while meals are being made. He used to be nervous in the car, but now he gets excited to go for rides. He didn’t understand treats at first, but now he joyfully pops up on his hind legs to ask for one. Cooper does very well with dogs of all sizes and is respectful of cats. He is crate trained and doing well with potty training—he hasn’t had an accident in the house in about a week. Though he is around 4 years old, he still has a bit of youthful playfulness in him. He loves belly rubs, gentle massages, chewing on toys, and watching the world go by from the cat perch. On walks, he is calm, rarely pulls, and often looks back to “check in” with his person—he truly wants to do things right. Because unpredictable movement can still make him nervous, Cooper would do best in a calm home without young children. He needs someone who can offer patience, steadiness, and understanding. Cooper has already come so far. With a loving, reassuring person by his side, he will continue to open up and become the loyal, tender, devoted companion he is meant to be. To apply directly for Cooper click the "Apply for Adoption" button. https://www.shelterluv.com/embed/animal/FODS-A-762 All our dogs come with 30 days of free post-adoption support through Petcademy.org. Story
Meet Dorito! This 5-year-old, 28-pound mixed breed may have had a rough start, but he’s making incredible progress thanks to his dedicated foster. Found as a terrified stray, Dorito has been slowly learning to trust and is blossoming into a sweet, playful companion. He loves using the doggy door to take his toys outside, where he entertains himself by tossing them around. He enjoys being brushed, is now taking treats from his foster’s hand, and is gradually getting used to a leash. Dorito is quiet and calm in the home and seems to be house-trained.This special boy would thrive in a patient, loving home with another dog to help boost his confidence. If you have a gentle heart and a soft spot for a pup who just needs a little extra love, Dorito could be the perfect fit for you!
