Tori is sweet seven year old female Dalmation and Labrador mix rescue (65 pounds)For nearly a year, her previous owners kept her confined to a crate in an isolated, dark room, only letting her out to walk and eat. Day and night she was caged until her owners recently surrendered her. Despite this neglect, she has a great personality and is super friendly, affectionate, and low maintenance. Her vaccinations are up to date, recently groomed her (she's very pretty) and she knows several basic commands including Tori [fill in blank] "sit," "stay," "lay down," "go lay down," "no," etc. She weighs approximately 65 pounds and is spayed. Although we would love to keep her ourselves, we currently have two dogs and two cats. However, we will try to foster her until we find the better life she deserves.

I’m a 7-year-old, 55-pound Labrador/Dalmatian mix looking for something pretty simple: a peaceful home, people who will love me, and a place where I can finally relax and know that I’m home. I’m being surrendered through no fault of my own. Changes like this can be difficult, especially when you don’t understand why your world is changing, but I’m fortunate to be staying with a loving foster while I wait for the right family to find me. I’ve been told I’m a pretty wonderful girl. I’m friendly, gentle, quiet, smart, and submissive. I get along with both dogs and cats, I’m house trained, I know commands, and I walk well on a leash. At 7 years old, I’m past all those wild puppy days and would much rather enjoy the simple things in life with someone I love. My ideal home would be a calm, low-stress environment where I can feel safe, relax, and enjoy being part of a family. I don’t need anything fancy. I just need someone who will give me the love, care, and security I deserve.
