**Meet Lola ❤️** Lola is an almost 4-year-old mixed breed weighing about 33 pounds. She is crate trained, house trained, and loves having a predictable routine. She's very food motivated, enjoys relaxing at home, and is affectionate with the adults she knows and trusts. This is an incredibly difficult decision for our family, but with two very young children and changing family dynamics, we've realized we can no longer provide Lola with the environment she deserves. Our goal is to find her a home where she can feel safe, relaxed, and truly thrive. Lola would do best as the only pet in the home, as she is not comfortable around other dogs. She is also not a good fit for a home with young children. She has become uncomfortable around our toddler and has used her teeth as a warning when feeling overwhelmed. She has never caused a serious injury, but because her comfort and everyone's safety are our top priorities, we believe she would be happiest in a calm, adult-only home or one with
