Story
I am an exuberant, happy, happy, happy dog, and I need a foster home now!   Recently one of our foster parents had an unfortunate mishap with her knee. It's a long story but It is the second time this knee has been injured. She is going through the healing process and then will be going through surgery again for the second time to correct it. In the meantime she has to go to rehab. We were able to find two foster homes to take two of her dogs but that still leaves Ezee without a foster home. It has been a very long time since we have ever had to put a dog in boarding. Luckily one of our fosters works at Central Pet and was able to get him in and she works there practically every day so he will have a lot of attention and love. But it's going to be very difficult for him and we really really want to find a foster home for him as quickly as possible. Not only is it financially hard on a rescue to have to pay for boarding, especially a rescue that deals mostly with medical and also and most importantly, it is very difficult for a foster dog to go from a home into a boarding facility no matter how nice and wonderful it might be.   Ezee needs a home. That's where he's been since we've gotten him and that's where he needs to be..   Ezee is a big boy. He weighs approximately 50 lbs and is very rambunctious at approximately 3 and 1/2 years old. Ezee is very playful and would do great in a home with other bigger dogs to play with. Probably no children home as again he is very rambunctious. He needs a safe, secure yard to be able to play in and he is crate trained so when you're not at home he will go into a crate with his chew toys.    Ezee has had 12 weeks of training but because he is so young we continue to give him the training that he needs.   Right now he needs work on his leash so someone that likes to work with big dogs that are committed and dedicated is perfect!    At first he might not be warmed up to you because he doesn't know you yet. But once he gets to know you, he is very loving and kind.   Ezee goes into boarding 2/15/24. We'd like to make this a very short excursion and get him into another home!   Tucson Cold Wet Noses pays for all food, bedding, supplies a crate and pays for all training at their trainers. We also pay for any medical.   Ezee's adoption fee is $250, with an additional $21 PACC license fee. He is adoptable to homes in Tucson, Marana, Oro Valley, Catalina ans Sahuarita only. If you would like more information on Ezee, please fill out an adoption application at www.tucsoncoldwetnoses.com or email info@tucsoncoldwetnoses.com  *Applications to adopt: wwwTucsonColdWetNoses.com Home Visit / ID and Residence Verification is required.  Compliance does not imply or guarantee adoption.   Approval is the sole discretion of CWN representative(s). Story
Got Billy the Kid as a rescue puppy when he was 12 weeks old. He has been through two separate 6 week training courses for puppy and canine good citizen before he was 2. He is extremely well socialized with People, Kids, other Dogs, and other animals. He is well trained, and will not take food off tables (but will stare at you with those puppy dog eyes!). He is happiest playing with kids or other dogs, and curling up with you on the couch with his head on your lap. He has been moved around a lot, but is stable and happy. My job now has me traveling well over 20 days a month, and it is not fair to him. He would thrive with a family that needs an amazing dog! He is not much of a barker in general, but stands ready to defend his family and home if needed. He will take his cues from his family. I am offering $1,000 to the right family that wants this amazing dog, and just want him to be happy. I can transport him anywhere to the right family. I just want Billy to have his best.

Story
Meet Tucker: The Super Sweet Ball-Loving Boy Looking for His Forever Home! Hey everyone, I'm Tucker, and I'm here to melt your hearts with my irresistible charm! I'm a super sweet boy who has a passion for playing ball! Just a heads up, I can get a little rough and rowdy during playtime, but it's all in good fun, so no need to be alarmed! I've had the pleasure of getting along great with other doggy friends, so if you have a pup at home, I'd love to meet them and have some playdates! However, I must admit, I have a strong desire to chase cats, so a feline-free home would be best for me. As for small dogs, I'm not quite sure about them yet, but with some proper introductions, who knows, we might just become best buddies! I'm a smart cookie, and I've already mastered some impressive tricks! I can sit, shake, and take treats ever so gently from your hand. Volunteers have mentioned that I'm a real pro when it comes to car rides, and I walk like a gentleman on the leash, making strolls a breeze! Right now, I find myself in a boarding facility, dreaming of the day I can be in a loving foster or adoptive home. But hey, don't worry, I'm making the most of my time here and having a blast bobbing for tennis balls in the kiddie pool! If you think we could be a perfect match, and you're ready to open your heart and home to a lovable goofball like me, what are you waiting for? Fill out that adoption application, and let's start our adventure together! I can't wait to meet my forever family and share all the love and joy I have to offer. Are you ready to make it happen? #AdoptDontShop #MeetTucker #BallLovingBoy #ForeverHomeNeeded
