Story
Meet Gretchen – The Sweetheart Who’s Ready to Steal Your Heart Gretchen is a young adult Doberman Pinscher mix who has quietly become a fan favorite at the rescue—and it's easy to see why. With her soft eyes, gentle spirit, and incredible cuddles, she’s the kind of pup that just melts into your arms once she trusts you. Naturally a bit shy and cautious with new experiences, Gretchen blossoms with patience, encouragement, and a few tasty treats. She’s already mastering commands like sit, down, and even a charming little high five! She walks well on leash (even with kids!), and while she might freeze in uncertain moments, some kibble and gentle reassurance are all it takes to help her move forward. Gretchen is fantastic in the car, has perfect table manners, and loves to soak up affection. She can be a little unsure around bigger dogs and may show a vocal “tough girl” side when she's scared, but it’s all bark and no bite—just a sensitive girl still building confidence. This cuddle bug thrives with people and enjoys calm adventures where she can explore at her own pace. Whether it’s a quiet stroll through a park, a cozy snuggle on the couch, or simply being near her favorite humans, Gretchen’s gentle, loving presence makes every moment better. If you’re looking for a loyal companion with a heart of gold, Gretchen is ready to be your snuggle buddy for life. Apply today and give this shy sweetheart the forever home she truly deserves.

Story
Chula is 3 years old and such a loving dog. As much as this saddens me, I have 4 dogs which two of them being her kids. It is too much for me. Additionally, I am moving. Chula is laid back, loves watching tv and laying around relaxing. She does enjoy outdoors as well. She gets along with other dogs and kids. She is house trained. Sleeps in doors. She would be great for all family types. She deserves the love and attention I am unable to give at this time. Additionally, as mentioned above. I care for two of her daughters. Nya is one of them who I am also looking to rehome. Nyla is outgoing, trained as well. Loves to talk and take walks. She is one and a half. It would be great to rehome together but it is not needed. They are both wonderful loving dogs and full of life. Please let me know if you’d like to hear more about Nyla.
