Four year-old male doberman pinscher. He would do best with no animals in the house. Someone with active lifestyle. Walking, hiking, car rides. He doesn’t do well with intact male dogs. He is housebroken, listens when called. Knows basic tricks, sit, paw, down, roll over. He loves to cuddle.

Regina is one of the sweetest and smartest pups you will ever meet. She adores playing with toys of all types and when she is done she's all about the snuggles! Regina is happy and energetic and always eager to make new friends. She has started house training and crate training and is doing very well. She will need a family willing to continue obedience training as she grows and provide her with exercise and plenty of love! Regina has started on her puppy shots, has received two rounds of dewormer, been microchipped and started on heartworm prevention.  If Regina sounds like the perfect fit for your family, please e-mail us at arsw@arcticrescue.com *Please note, usually we work with high energy arctic breeds such as Huskies and Malamutes. Male. Natural ears. Black w/Rust. 8 yrs old. BONDED PAIR with AAMES. We placed these two now-senior Dobers, Tiana and Aames, in the same home years ago - one in 2018, and the other in 2020. They’ve been in their loving home through the years and have grown up and old together. Now their humans have moved from their home, with acres of land on which to range, into a retirement apartment five floors up. You can imagine what it’s like trying to care for them properly now. So we’re in a very difficult situation, as you can see. In a worst-case scenario they could be adopted separately, but no one wants to see that happen, least of all the dogs. We’re most earnestly hoping their story touches the heart of someone who can see their need and meet it by taking them both home. Again, they’re healthy, happy, and active; they just need a family to take them home and love them. And to be clear, you do not need to have many acres for them to run. They are quite content romping and interacting in the Elijah‘s House fields which are basically normal sized back yards.

Trooper is an amazing, highly intelligent dog. We adopted him from Guilford County Animal Shelter April 2023, and since then have 2 children, a new business which requires lots of travel, and overall busier schedule. He has a lot of energy, and needs more attention then we are able to give him. He knows just about every command and follows them well.
