Angel is a very sweet female we think could be a Doberman/rottweiler mix born about 11/24. She’s great with other dogs and ignores cats. Angel came to her foster home very shy and shut down, but she’s happy and comfortable now. She’ll be timid at first in her new home, but will come out of her shell given time, love and patience. It’s rewarding to help rehab dogs who have not had a very nice start in life, but who end up with a great life! She doesn’t have an aggressive bone in her body. If she’s afraid, she’ll cry but never offer to snap or bite. It will be helpful to have a fenced in yard in case it takes a bit for her to get comfortable with her new person walking on a leash. Angel is spayed, healthy house-trined and ready for a new and forever home. LOCAL ADOPTION ONLY! Adoption fee $50. This covers the cost of spay/neuter, DHPP, Rabies, Flea, tick, heart worm check, worm treatment, and microchip. To adopt, you need to first fill out an application. Roxy is a spayed female Doberman German Shepherd mix who is a little over 1 year old. I rescued her in Dallas, Tx when she was 5 months and I was a truck driver. Got a new job in Raleigh, NC. However Being a single guy, I find myself at work more than I like and constantly have to use Rover or Doggy Daycare. I really want to give her a home that she deserves. Roxy is a sweetheart, Fantastic with other dogs (tons of energy) and good with kids. However, she can be a little rough with really little kids and will usually bark at strangers who are men. She was found running with another dog and they get along well. Molley loves people and wants to please so she should take to training. This big, beautiful guy is Smokey, and he is a friendly and energetic doberman! Smokey is about 80 lbs, so the perfect lap size for big dog lovers! He loves to spend time outside running around with his dog friends or hanging out in the house with his humans. He's an all-around friendly guy who would do best with an active home looking for a big buddy to take on adventures! Smokey is microchipped, neutered, vaccinated, and dewormed. He tested heartworm positive and has started treatment for that. Due to his energetic and outgoing nature, the vet currently determined that slow-kill is most safe for him at this time.

Female. Natural ears. Black w/Rust. 10 1/2 yrs old. BONDED PAIR with AAMES. We placed these two now-senior Dobers, Tiana and Aames, in the same home years ago - one in 2018, and the other in 2020. They’ve been in their loving home through the years and have grown up and old together. Now their humans have moved from their home, with acres of land on which to range, into a retirement apartment five floors up. You can imagine what it’s like trying to care for them properly now. So we’re in a very difficult situation, as you can see. In a worst-case scenario they could be adopted separately, but no one wants to see that happen, least of all the dogs. We’re most earnestly hoping their story touches the heart of someone who can see their need and meet it by taking them both home. Again, they’re healthy, happy, and active; they just need a family to take them home and love them. And to be clear, you do not need to have many acres for them to run. They are quite content romping and interacting in the Elijah‘s House fields which are basically normal sized back yards.
