They sleep together, explore together, and even in playgroups, they choose each other over all the other dogs. Separate them, and they both shut down. Their bond is truly something special, and because of that, they are looking for a home where they can stay together forever. They may be a little shy when meeting new people, but give them a little patience, a few treats (their favorite!), and you’ll quickly earn two loyal best friends. They both know how to sit, love snacks, and have the sweetest, gentlest personalities. Caramel and Mocha do well with cats and get along wonderfully with other dogs. If you already have canine family members, bring them along for a meet and greet! While they enjoy other dogs, they’ll almost always be found side by side, happily keeping each other company. These two also require a securely fenced yard where they can safely explore, play, and enjoy life together. Prince is a special dog--not the right dog for just anyone. Yes he is handsome and he loves, loves his people but he does not care for other dogs. He was recently adopted from us but returned because he did not get along with his family's dog. Now that he is at the shelter, he has to be walked separately because the other dogs cause him stress. He would most likely be best in a home all by himself. So please, if you are interested in a sweet loving dog and do not have other pets, please stop and meet this darling boy.

HOLA!! My name is REXLY and I am here to let you know more about me!! I am such a gentleman, and am not forward at all!! In fact, I take time to get to know you and your home and family. i am respectful like that!! My favorite rescue chick has this to say about me, "Rexly takes time to sniff around & explore a new place b4 choosing a spot to relax. He makes friends pretty quickly with gentle pets & maybe a tasty treat. He likes being brushed, is very gentle & calm. Rexly will be a perfect companion to go on walks or car rides or to just watch a movie & relax with- now that he is older a couch potato he is becoming ;)" Rexly has lived with other dogs b4, in the rescue and when he was adopted 3 years ago. He and his buddy ended up coming back to the rescue because their human mom got cancer and passed away last year :( The rescue people took me back and even brought my friend Tumble along! He has been adopted and NOW IT IS MY TURN!!!! I am a very good boy and if you have a female dog I would love slow intro and its important to know the breed or a single dog home suits him just fine!! Rexly is house, leash & crate trained is the sweetest boy who just wants to live his days out in a real home!! Not too much to ask for such a great great boy!! PS: like other older folks I have a couple of lumps that show up in silly places, but don't worry, they are FAT deposits!!! Allow me to introduce myself, I’m Gemma, or as my foster family likes to call me, Gemma Dean String Bean. As soon as I got out to the country in wide open spaces and met my fur foster siblings (dogs), my personality really started to bloom and shine. I am shy with fur siblings at first but once I warm up to them you can’t get me to stop playing. I have endless energy. I would be best in a forever home that has a fur sibling for me to play and snuggle with. While I warm up to other dogs right away, I take a little longer with humans but don’t worry, I do warm up pretty fast and then you won’t be able to get me to stop wanting to play and snuggle with you, too. In this hot Texas summer I love to play in the water but be sure to let me go potty before I go inside because I’m still learning that I should only potty outside. I haven’t figured out how to play fetch yet but I love a good chew toy and so far, I am very good at chewing!! )I am food motivated with obedience training. Finally, my foster family has some turkeys that I haven’t shown I care about but I do slightly lose my mind when I see Bambi (as in a REAL DEER!!) I would love to meet you and show you that I am the missing puzzle piece for your family. I can’t wait to hear from you! BUT HURRY!1 I am a GEMma and am ready!! Meet Yeager — a Doberman with zero buffering and unlimited energy Tall, athletic, funny, and painfully handsome. The perfect guy… if this were a Tinder profile. But it’s not — and he’s a lot more than that. Yeager is a complex guy, but also obliviously happy. You know that kind of happiness only reserved for those with absolutely nothing going on upstairs? Yeah… that! I mean… look at that gaze. There is NOTHING there. Processing? Minimal. Vibes? Chaotic. To be clear: Yeager is A LOT. Not “a little training needed.” Not “puppy energy.” We’re talking full-time project dog. ✔️ Dog social… selectively (great with females & smaller/meduim males) ✔️ Has done well with cats and older kids ✔️ Extremely happy, confident, and always ready to GO ⚠️ Reality check: • Potty trained… but won’t tell you and will absolutely have accidents • Will mark indoors • Does not understand (or respect) human correction • Learns patterns quickly… then uses that knowledge against you • Will outmaneuver your routine (especially when food is involved) • Rarely settles — especially around other animals (play is his full-time job) • Takes correction from other dogs… then forgets it happened 3 minutes later • Destroys beds, feeders, and anything not built for chaos • Eats fast, then immediately wants to sprint/jump (deep-chested breed awareness REQUIRED) Training status: He’s not untrainable, but he is not intuitive. He will require someone experienced, structured, and committed to ongoing training. This is not a “figure it out as you go” dog. Ideal home (non-negotiable): Experienced, active, consistent human(s) who will not give up when he inevitably tests every boundary you set. Doberman or working-breed experience strongly preferred. If you want a chill, easy dog; keep scrolling. If you want a high-drive, chaotic, hilarious, frustrating, incredibly rewarding project… Yeager is your guy.
