Story
Hi! I'm Shay! I'm an approximately 1 year old, male, Doberman/Shepherd mix weighing about 52 lbs. I was found off Eva Place in Rockwall on 06/15/2024 and sadly never reclaimed. I am a total sun bum! I love to lay out and bask in the warm glow of the sun shine. Inside or outside, you'll find me sunning! I would love the opportunity to spend time at the beach with my furr ever family this summer. Cool breeze of the lake and a cold bowl of water, chilling under a big umbrella sounds like a perfect day to me! I walk well on a leash and appear to be close to crate trained. I came in with my friend but if you have another dog in the home, a meet and greet is encouraged to make sure we get along. My adoption fee is $125. I am neutered, microchipped, current on my rabies vaccination, basic boosters, and heartworm negative! If you are interested beach days with me, please visit https://rockwalladoptions.com/adoptfoster/adoption-application/  All animals, unless otherwise noted in their description, are at 1825 Airport Rd. in Rockwall, TX. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9 am to 6 pm and Saturdays 9 am to 5 pm. For questions, please call 972-771-7750 ext. 2 or email info@RockwallAdoptions.com. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. This policy is non-negotiable and violation of this health code is a criminal offense. June 21, 2024, 7:36 pm

Story
We found these puppies abandoned during a storm here in Rockwall County, Texas. We have a total of 11 puppies we need to rehome. I have uploaded as many photos as possible, but there are several puppies not shown in the images that we still have. Each and every one of them is so precious, with little personalities that thrive off of affection and cuddles. We have been able to de-flea and de-worm all of them. Although, we have not begun the process of vaccinations or spay/neuter, which will be required if they are adopted. We are asking for a $25 adoption fee to help cover the costs of fostering them. We believe that they are lab, shepherd, (possibly) doberman mix breed. They are all between 10-12 weeks old and are expected to be between 40-60 pounds full grown. We have 6 girls and 5 boys. Please reach out with any questions and if you would like to come meet them! We can meet you closer to Dallas or at our home.

Story
Hi, my name is Harley and I am approximately 2 years old. I am a Doberman/ Lab mix who has lots of love to give to a new furever family. I love to play with other 4 legged lady fur friends, I love long walks in the park, playing catch with my foster family and rolling in the grass with my fur buddies. I love toys, especially the ones that squeak. I love my ears and belly rubbed. I am crate trained, that is where I sleep at night because it makes me feel safe but I’ve got to have some blankets to make a little nest. I will let you know when I have to go out and take care of business with a simple bark. I love to do everything you want to do. I just wanted to be loved. I haven’t seen any cats yet with my foster family. I’m good with kids that won’t hit me. I’m current on all my shots and I am neutered on Friday. Harley needs to be in a home with no other male dogs. To meet Harley, please fill out an application! Application available at https://www.pawsofloverescue.com/adoption-application . Adoption donation of $295 includes spay, microchip, deworming, dhpp vaccinations, rabies shot, bordetella nose spray and heartworm treatment with a positive test. Dallas/Ft. Coco is 6 years old. Loves to play fetch and will steal your blankets. She’s pretty chill and interacts when she’s ready to get out of bed…unless you have a ball! She’s house broken, trained and calm. She’ll do well in a home with active people who can keep her moving.

Story
Meet Dobby! This affectionate boy is looking for a FURever home where he can cuddle up with his person or family and play fetch. He's very smart and is already housebroken, knows no, listens well, and has a desire to keep learning what you're willing to teach him! He'd make a great partner for someone that enjoys a nice run or jog and then coming home to relax, his preferred relaxation being a nice bone to chew on. He enjoys a nice chase so probably best with no feline friends, possibly a selective canine companion, but has done well with children. If his zest for life doesn't win you over, his adorably large ears surely will! Apply to bring this big boy home today! All Abandoned Pet Project Rescue adoptable pets are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on age appropriate vaccines upon adoption. The standard minimum donation for dogs over six months to seven years is $200, puppies under six months is $250, dogs eight years and over are $100 unless specified otherwise. You can view all the adoptable pets and fill out an adoption application online on our website at bit.ly/APPRAdoptableDogs. For more information, you can email adopt@abandonedpetproject.org.

Story
Meet the handsome Winston II. He is a 10 months, 63 lbs Doberman Mix who loves to give you kisses and will always let you know whenever he needs to go do his business outside. Weâ&#194&#128&#194&#153ve been using the bell on the doorknob and itâ&#194&#128&#194&#153s been working great! Winston came into our lives toward the end of January 2024. I volunteered to temporarily foster him as his prior foster (private/independent) needed help asap and wasnâ&#194&#128&#194&#153t able to keep him any longer. He wasnâ&#194&#128&#194&#153t current on his vaccinations nor neutered and had digestive issues, so after a couple visits from the Vet he is now current on vaccinations, he is neutered and after taking some antibiotics his digestive problems are now behind him. Winston is a loving high energy pup who loves to play ball and chase ropes. He loves to run with you if you like to skateboard or run. He gets along with Dogs and currently lives with a foster dog who is 3 months younger than him. Winston loves playing with all dogs of sizes and loves kids and people! Winston likes to cuddle up with his humans and place his head on your lap while you are working at your desk or sitting on the couch. An ideal home for Winston would be one with either him being the only dog so he gets all the attention, or one with another dog so he has a playmate to run and chase with. He loves everyone! Winston is (crate/leash/house trained), and knows how to sit when asked. He is one smart pup! Winston loves car rides, treats of any kind! He loves to go on walks with you no matter the time. Winston loves to play with other pups at the dog park as well. This amazing pup is deserving of the perfect furever home. Could it be with you? Apply to adopt Winston today! * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * If you have a specific question about Winston II, then please email newdigs@dallaspetsalive.org.
