Story
Come visit me at PAW - Adoption fee $450 - Shadow is an absolutely stunning black German Shepherd with a true go-getter attitude and what feels like endless energy. This handsome boy is always ready for action and would make an amazing companion for an avid hiker, runner, or anyone who’s up for daily adventures and staying active. Shadow is a huge foodie and can be VERY grabby with treats, so his future family may want to invest in a slow feeder and spend some time teaching him how to take treats gently. The upside? His strong food motivation makes him an excellent candidate for training—he’s eager to learn and will happily work for snacks! This energetic guy is quite jumpy and hasn’t quite mastered the concept of personal space. His play style is intense, but that’s just Shadow being Shadow—he approaches everything in life with enthusiasm. He’ll thrive in a home that allows him to be his goofy, high-energy self while also providing structure, consistency, and manners training. A healthy balance of fun and guidance will do him wonders. Shadow will need to be an `only pet`. If you’re looking for a smart, driven, and adventurous companion who’s ready to put in the work and the play, Shadow is ready to shine with the right family by his side. - Shadow will need an adult only home.

Story
Come visit me at PAW!Adoption fee: $450Oscar is a beautiful boy with a warm and friendly personality. This clever boy knows how to sit, stay, lay down, and shake paw. Oscar is looking for an owner who is up for some training. We would recommend crate training with Oscar, as he has destroyed furniture when left unattended in his previous home. Oscar would like a home rather than an apartment as neighbors might not appreciate his vocalization when left alone. Oscar has a lot of big feelings, and need an empathetic owner to help manage his anxiety. He needs a bit of training with his manners as he does pull hard on the leash and likes to jump up on people. He`s a friendly guy! He`s just too excited to keep his feet on the floor. Oscar would like to meet any canine friends before going home. He would not do well in a home with cats due to his prey drive. If you think Oscar might be your forever friend, then stop by the shelter for a visit!

Story
Come visit me at PAW!Adoption fee: $450This is a Barry good boy named Barry! This young pup is energetic, gregarious, and full of potential. He knows how to sit and catch treats out of midair! Barry has briefly lived with another dog and did well, and would like to meet any new dogs your home before adoption. He would do fine in a home with an adult cat, but he has shown prey drive towards small animals such as a kitten or guinea pig. Barry would like a home with older, less tippable children as he is extremely excited to jump up and say hello. Barry is still a young pup and as such still needs to work on some leash manners, soft mouthing, and jumping up when excited. He would do well in a home that can provide structure and daily exercise so that he can flourish into the well behaved gentleman he was meant to be.

Story
Come visit me at PAW - Adoption fee $450 - Winter is a 7-year-old Maremma Sheepdog mix with a gentle soul and a thoughtful heart. She’s the kind of dog who believes trust is earned—and once you have it, she’ll be deeply loyal. Winter is looking for a patient, understanding family who’s happy to take things slow and let her set the pace as she settles in. She knows her basic cues and is wonderfully respectful around the home. At the shelter, Winter showed little interest in toys and can be a bit of a picky eater, preferring quality over quantity when it comes to her meals. She does experience anxiety when left alone, so she’ll thrive in a home where her people are around often or willing to help her build confidence with time and consistency. Winter is good with cats and would do best with slow, thoughtful introductions to new people to help her feel safe and secure. Her beautiful, fluffy coat is part of her charm—and it does mean she’ll need regular grooming to keep her comfortable and looking her best. If you’re looking for a calm, loyal companion and have the patience to let a bond grow naturally, Winter may be the perfect match. She’s ready to find a forever home where trust, kindness, and quiet moments are valued.

Come visit me at PAW!Adoption fee: $450Kayne is a young, energetic puppy with a big personality and even bigger potential. He’s strong, jumpy, and still learning his manners, so he’s looking for an experienced, patient home that’s ready to commit to training and continued socialization. Kayne will do best as the only pet in the home and in a household without young children, where he can get consistent structure and focused attention. With guidance, routine, and positive reinforcement, Kayne has all the makings of a loyal, fun-loving companion. He’s eager to learn and will thrive with someone who enjoys working with an active dog and helping him grow into his best self. If you’re looking for a one-and-only pup to train, bond with, and build a strong relationship with, Kayne could be the perfect match.
