Story
Come visit me at PAW - Adoption fee $450 - Meet Dakota — a spirited adventurer who travelled hours to find her perfect forever family, and she’s ready to make every mile worth it! Dakota is a rambunctious, go-getter with a zest for life and a heart full of enthusiasm. Whether it’s heading out for long walks, exploring new places, or greeting new friends with a full-body wiggle, Dakota brings energy and joy wherever she goes. She absolutely loves meeting new people and is happiest when she’s right by her humans’ side. This fun-loving girl is still rocking that silly, goofy puppy mentality, so she’ll need continued training and guidance to help her polish her manners. She can get a little grabby and jumpy during playtime — she just gets so excited! The good news? Dakota is one smart cookie. She understands both French and English, and with consistency and positive reinforcement, she’ll be well on her way to becoming a wonderfully well-behaved companion. Dakota would do well in a home with people of all ages who are ready to match her adventurous spirit and continue her training journey. She’ll need to be the only four-legged member of the household, as she much prefers the company of humans over other animals. With structure, love, and plenty of fun, Dakota will blossom into an incredible best friend. If you’re looking for a lively, loyal companion who’s ready to take on life’s adventures by your side, Dakota might just be your perfect match!

Story
Come visit me at PAW - Adoption fee $450 - Like his namesake from Superbad, McLovin’ is unforgettable — full of confidence, big energy, and always ready for whatever adventure comes next. This young retriever mix is bursting with zest for life. Whether it’s a hike, a game of fetch, or just zooming around the yard, McLovin’ tackles everything with enthusiasm and a wagging tail. He’s a total sweetheart with people of all ages and greets everyone like they’re his new best friend. That said, McLovin’ is still working on his manners. He can be quite jumpy, and his excitement sometimes gets the better of him — which means little ones could get accidentally knocked over. He would thrive with a family committed to putting in the time and training he needs to channel his energy in positive ways. McLovin’ has shown some possessiveness over food, toys, and treats, so his new home must be willing to continue working on these behaviours with patience and consistency. With the right guidance, he has so much potential to grow into a truly exceptional companion. He’ll need a cat-free home, but he may do well with another dog. We recommend meet-and-greets with any potential canine siblings, as McLovin’ can come on a bit strong when making new friends. This wonderful boy is ready for a high-energy household that’s up for adventure and dedicated to helping him become the very best version of himself. With structure, love, and training, McLovin’ is going to absolutely flourish.

Come visit me at PAW!Adoption fee: $450Kayne is a young, energetic puppy with a big personality and even bigger potential. He’s strong, jumpy, and still learning his manners, so he’s looking for an experienced, patient home that’s ready to commit to training and continued socialization. Kayne will do best as the only pet in the home and in a household without young children, where he can get consistent structure and focused attention. With guidance, routine, and positive reinforcement, Kayne has all the makings of a loyal, fun-loving companion. He’s eager to learn and will thrive with someone who enjoys working with an active dog and helping him grow into his best self. If you’re looking for a one-and-only pup to train, bond with, and build a strong relationship with, Kayne could be the perfect match.

Story
Come visit me at PAW!Adoption fee: $450This is Doug! A sweet boy who had no concept of personal space. If you`ve got a lap to lay on and a face to lick, then Doug is the boy for you. This sweet boy loves to go go go, and he would do best in an active home who can keep up with this young busybody. Doug would do well in a home with older, less tippable children. He`s a good guy who`s excited to jump up and say hello. Owners must be up for training for basic manners. At a year and a half old, Doug is full of potential and can blossom into a wonderful companion with some gentle guidance. Doug has done well in shelter with other dogs, and would like to meet any resident dogs in your home before being adopted. He does not get along well with cats or other small animals, so its dogs only for Doug. Doug loves to play fetch and is a gentle guy who will run back and drop the ball at your feet. He has a warm and friendly temperament and is shaped like a friend.
