Born in a shelter and once scared of his own shadow, he's now a playful toy obsessed, nose boop seeking, couch lounging legend. He plays beautifully with other dogs, enjoys snacks like he's rating them on Yelp (Rotisserie Chicken: 5 Stars, would eat again), and is starting to understand the whole "potty goes outside" concept. He's crate trained, eager to learn, and can't wait to keep leveling up with a family of his own. If you're looking for a sweet little underdog with a big heart come meet Panda. He's done the hard part of learning to love life, now he just needs someone to love him back.

Plop down next to him, and he’ll happily roll over with a smile on his face and his heart wide open. He adores his people and wants nothing more than to be near his human, soaking in the love and offering endless affection in return. Jacoby is a true gentleman. He takes treats with the gentleness of a lamb, listens to commands like “sit,” “lay down,” and “stay,” and responds lovingly to his foster mom’s nicknames — “Cheese,” “Cheesecake,” or just “Goodest Boy.” Because that’s what he is.
