Otter the LOVE BUG!! Estimated Birthday: 11/3/25 Estimated Size: Medium to Large Otter is the female runt from a litter of 8. She is very sweet and loving! She can be a little timid, but is extremely loving. She is mostly black, with one little spot of white on her chest. She loves to snuggle and play! Otter is in need of a foster home ASAP!! You provide the love, we will continue to provide food, vet care, preventative meds, and supplies. All American Mix. Her mama appears to be a Boxer mix. We think they may potentially have some pitbull terrier, lab, hound. We try to limit our travel time for home visits to a two-hour driving range (about 75 miles) from Morganton, NC.
