Story
Hi everyone! I'm Hazel. My people had a misfortune and I was alone so I was brought to this new place. The people here are very nice to me, they treat me like the grand lady I am, making me feel really special with the prettiest collar and nice bedding for my woman's size frame. People tell me I have the prettiest eyes, hazel of course. I love to meet people and 'specially like to go for short walks and lounge in the pool. I'm also really good at keeping those dang lizards away from the place too! My friends here said I'm on track to graduate from the senior class but I must find a suitable life mission--I said "I know, I'm trying really hard". So will you please consider me for an indoors job? I'm spayed, heart worm negative and ready to leave as fast as your vehicle travels and I'll keep the little critters away from your place too. Hope to see you soon - with much love waiting, Hazel.See my short IG video here. Primary Color: White Weight: 101.6 Age: 9yrs 3mths 1wks

Story
Bernadette operates on two primary settings: gentle strolling and serious lounging. If you need a walking partner who takes her time, enjoys taking in the sights, and stays right by your side, Bernie is your girl. She’s remarkably chill, deeply affectionate, and believes standard human attention is best accepted while leaning firmly against your legs. Because she needs stability and clear guidance, Bernie prefers a secure home where she can feel entirely safe; especially when the outside world gets a bit overwhelming or loud. Once she knows you’re her anchor, she’s all heart, eager to share walks at a respectable pace and then head straight inside to claim the best spot on the rug. If you’re looking for a low-drama, highly cuddly companion for a peaceful home, Bernadette is ready to settle in. https://www.hlcr.org/adoptable-dogs/bernadette

Story
Zeus is 3 years old. He's a goofy and silly guy and is in need of a home where he will get a lot of attention. He is very energetic and needs room for exercise and his zoomies. He is sweet and cuddly and good with kids as well. He is home trained, potty trained, and crate trained.Zeus is not aggressive but is protective of his home. He does have separation anxiety and if he's left alone for longer periods of time he does want a toy to chew on.He does not have any medical issues but is behind on his shots. He is not neutered.I'm hoping to find him a loving home where he has a lot of space to keep active and can be given the attention he needs.

Story
Ellie is an amazing dog and I am so sad to rehome her. We are moving (and unfortunately and heart breaking) we can't take her with us. I got Ellie from a rescue group when she was a puppy. She had been severely beaten (scars on her head and legs) and was deprived of food. Once she was healthy enough to adopt, she joined our family. She is absolutely wonderful with kids and gets along great with other dogs. She is not aggressive at all. In fact, she normally ends up cowering down to other dogs when approached. She is good on a leash, knows how to sit and stay. Understands verbal and hand commands as long as you continuously use them with her. She is very loving and enjoys hugs and affection. Ellie is 7 years old. She still has some energy in her, but mainly loves to sleep on her beds during the day (beds can be provided). I hope to find her a caring home where she can enjoy outside time and lots of love.

Story
Breaker is up for adoption in TX, NE and PNW (excluding MA)! Meet Breaker – Your Adventure Buddy in the Making! Breaker is a handsome Great Dane mix a little over a year old who is ready to find an active, committed family to call his own. At around 65 pounds, he’s a wonderful blend of big-dog presence and goofy puppy charm. Breaker is currently being fostered in Seguin, TX, but he can be transported to the Pacific Northwest and the Northeast United States for the right home. Breaker thrives on activity and he still has that classic puppy energy, so he’s looking for a family that understands the importance of positive correction, consistency, and continued training to help him grow into the best version of himself. With the right guidance, Breaker is eager to learn and please. One of Breaker’s favorite things in the world is going on adventures. He absolutely loves riding in the car and would be thrilled to tag along for hikes, outings, road trips, or any fun day spent exploring with his people. Water is another big favorite—splashing, wading, and cooling off are right up his alley. When playtime rolls around, Breaker is all in. He loves toys of all kinds and enjoys playing with dogs his own size. Most of all, Breaker wants to be with his people. He would happily spend the entire day with his family, whether that means being on the go or just hanging out together. If you’re an active household looking for a loyal, fun-loving companion to share life’s adventures, Breaker may be the perfect match for you.
