Story
She is believed to be a 2-3 year old Dogo Argentino, she was found in Bell County as a stray. She is heart worm positive, so we started her on the slow kill method. She should test negative within a year and have no further problems. She loves people and other dogs. Once she finds her people she will be very loyal and loving towards them and want to be with them. She is good on leash and will learn quickly when she settles in. If you are looking for a sweet loving girl, come meet her today!

Story
2/28/2024 updated 4/6/2025 Ross aka Tucker is an owner surrender looking for a new home. Hi! My name is Ross aka Tucker! I am a handsome 9-year-old brindle boy that is an owner surrender due to not being dog friendly and for everyone’s safety, it is best that I am the only dog in the home. My current home is next to a creek/golf club that is unfenced, and I do not get along with any animals that come into my yard. I am described as friendly, active, smart, playful, affectionate, and obedient! Like a typical boxer, I love kids! There are no kids in my current home but there are a lot of neighbor kids that I interact with and they love me! I am house trained and have had crate training in the past, but I am able to be trusted to freely roam the house when the humans are away. I initially bark when they leave the home but settle in once they are gone. Like a true king, at night I sleep on a stacked throne of 3 dog beds in the human’s bedroom. When outside, I have good behavior and do not dig or attempt to jump fences/gates. Some of my favorite things are riding in the car, Kong toys, bones, being brushed, and catching frisbees! My current family wants nothing more than for me to have a safe and active home for me to play and be loved! If you think I would be a good addition to your family, contact the rescue today and give them my name because I am waiting to meet you! ##1983782##

Story
7/10/2025 Bailey VII is an owner surrender looking for a new home. Hi! My name is Bailey VII! I am a beautiful 6 year old flashy fawn girl that is an owner surrender due to my owner's declining health and he is unable to care for me any longer. I am described as friendly, active, and playful! I have not spent time around other dogs or cats so it is best if I am the only animal in the home. I have been around kids of all ages my entire life and do great with them! I am house trained and most recently learned doggy door training! I am not crate trained so I will need assistance with that in my new home if it is required. I have not had any special training but wear a beep shock collar and respond well to the beep if needed. At night I sleep on the couch or in the bed with the humans and if the humans must be away and I am left alone, I am just fine! When outside I have good behavior and do not jump fences/gates. I am scared of thunder and gunshots, do not like the heat, but love riding in the car, fluffy squeaky toys, being outside, going for walks, and going on adventures! I am used to being in the country so a big backyard is prefered! If you think I would make a great addition to your family, contact the rescue today and give them my name because I am waiting to meet you! ##2457185##
