Story
Ginger is a gentle giant who came to BARCS scared and shut down. With patience in foster care, she’s become a snuggly, affectionate companion who bonds deeply with her people. She is still cautious with the world and hesitant with new people—especially men—but with the right adopter, she will form an even stronger bond. Ginger is sweet, calm, and avoids conflict. She walks beautifully on leash, knows her basic obedience, has good recall, catches treats, and behaves well in stores like Petsmart and Home Depot. She is generally housebroken but may have accidents when left alone; however, she is calm and non-destructive. She does well with other dogs, is curious about cats, and may do fine with small animals with slow introductions. Ginger needs a patient home, ideally with a fenced yard, and someone willing to continue building her confidence. She has been polite but slightly hesitant with children. She can be adopted with Clover or separately. Ginger is gentle, loyal, and ready to bloss

Story
Clover is a bright, curious young Mastiff who has blossomed in foster care. She arrived at our home unsure of toys or play, but quickly learned to fetch, explore, and enjoy affection. Friendly and outgoing, she is playful, eager to learn, and responds well to correction. As a guardian breed, she has developed a natural protectiveness, and with consistent training she’ll become a calm, well-mannered guardian in her new home. Clover walks well on leash, knows her basics, can stay until released, has strong recall, and behaves wonderfully in busy stores like Home Depot and Petsmart. She settles well when left alone and is non-destructive. Clover will thrive in an active home with continued training, socialization, and preferably a fenced yard. She can be adopted with Ginger or separately. Playful, loyal, and smart, Clover has endless potential.

LILLY IS A VERY LOVING AND CUDDLY DOG. SHE LOVES ATTENTION AND GREETS ALL HUMANS HAPPILY. SHE THINKS SHE IS A LAP DOG. SHE NEEDS A SPACE TO RUN AND PLAY. LILLY SHOULD BE THE ONLY PET UNLESS IT IS WITH A CAT OR SMALLER DOGS. SHE DOES NOT LIKE BABIES AND TODDLERS. OLDER KIDS ARE FINE. SHE IS A GREAT WATCH DOG BUT A SCAREY CAT AT THE SAME TIME. SHE DESERVES LOTS OF LOVE AND ATTENTION AND HUMAN CONTACT. NO SEPARATION ANXIETY AND IS FINE ALONE FOR HOURS ON HER OWN. LOVES WEARING CLOTHES, SNACKS AND TREATS. VERY FOOD MOTIVATED. WANTS TO MAKE HER OWNERS HAPPY AND CAN BE A VERY GOOD GIRL.
