Hello there! My name is Lainey. I am an absolutely gorgeous cat, if I don’t say so myself! I’m sweet, petite, playful and sure to bring joy to anyone’s home. I came to Paws Patrol as a stray and was going to enter the Working Cat program until I gently reached out of my kennel and let the volunteers know that I am a very friendly girl. Then, it was off to a foster home where I learned that I loved laps, pets, and sitting between my foster parents while we watched TV in the evening. I became more and more affectionate with my foster family, but they had a trip planned so I am back at the Paws Patrol office waiting for my forever to begin. I am still learning to trust, so I can be a bit wary of fast movements and prefer a calm environment. Children might be a little overwhelming for me right now but I do enjoy playing with my favorite wand toy, watching cat videos, being brushed, Churu treats, and being carried around. Some might call this being pampered but I'm beginning to understand that this is what the domestic life is all about! Bonjourno! My name is Barilla! I am a luscious, beautiful, fluffy grey kitty, expressing floof in all my splendor! Can you handle my floof? I came from an outdoor colony where our caretaker could no longer take care of us and I found myself at Paws Patrol. The awesome folks there discovered that myself and my colony-mate Lainey both purred when our kennel doors were opened to give us food and we accepted pets! From there, we went to separate foster homes, where we discovered the love of hoomans, laps, pets and purrs and endless food. Now we're back together at Paws looking for our forever homes. While in foster care, I learned the wonder of pets and scritches, learned to love back scratches. Though I'm not much of a lap cat (yet), I would likely make an awesome couch cat! I purr quickly upon being pet and sometimes follow my hooman around. I am shy upon first meeting new people and sudden noises make me jump. But I do warm up over time. I am the independent type, so I won't hound and nag you incessantly. That said, I will always love some scritches when you have the time! Overall, I am a low key, easy going floofy kitty with an independent spirit but also a love for back scratches and attention! Still a wee bit of consideration of my colony days with noises and new environments but I do warm up and would love to make a new home with you ... so what are you waiting for? ##2480608##

Karma is a 1 year old female, spayed with ear tipped. Her mom was TNR’d when we found her litter and reunited them inside so mom could recover and finish weaning. Karma is 1 of the 5 kittens. Beautiful black with rust swirls in the right light. She is playful but very shy or timid. She is good with my older cats that respect her boundaries but she is fed up with her brothers bullying her. She loves to cuddle and very politely grabs your hand for pets (without claws)! She is so sweet and gentle. I am looking for a home with calm energy and patience for her to feel safe and become the companion she was meant to be. New home visit required before adoption. Transition supplies are included and covered by adoption fee.

King Kong is a Hermitage alumni! His owner passed away in April of 2025 and a nice neighbor took him and his housemate in. He was returned to us in November of 2025. This magnificent cat was a little unsure about who we were and where he was. It didn't take long to watch him strutting around the senior room and walk right up to people as if to say "Hello! I see you're here to pet me!" We all happy oblige because how could we not? Just look at him. He's got so many years left in him. As much as we'd miss him, we'd love to get him in a home again!
