Story
Bonnie was adopted by her one owner as a kitten along with her litter-mate, Clyde, in 2012. They have been together with their owner for 13 years, but sadly, their owner has developed dementia and will be entering an assisted living facility that does not allow pets. Bonnie is delicate (weight 6 lbs.), fairly long-haired, and very affectionate once she develops trust in a new person. However, it takes time for her to warm up to a new owner. She would like to stay with her brother Clyde if possible. They have always been indoor cats.

Story
Sissy is a very sweet and vocal girl. Sissy does well with dogs but would prefer to be the only cat. Sissy would do best in an adult only home as an indoor cat. Story
Charlie is a very sweet young male cat who has just come into our care. He has spent his entire life living outdoors, but it’s clear that he is ready for a change and is craving the comfort of a warm, safe home indoors. Despite his outdoor background, Charlie has a gentle and affectionate nature and is eager for human companionship. At this time, we do not yet know how he does with other animals. Charlie is looking for a patient and caring home that will give him the opportunity to transition from outdoor life to indoor living, where he can truly settle in and flourish. Before considering adding me to your life, please make sure you have the appropriate amount of time, space, and resources available to care for me for my lifetime.

Story
These two cats must go together. They are brothers and have been together since birth. They were rescued from under a porch about 6 years ago. They took an adjustment period and have become the most loving animals. They have never scratched anyone or been confrontational in ANY way. They will be shy and hide until comfortable. They are completely indoor and totally litter trained. Never ONE accident. They are friends with the dogs in the house and love to purr. It will just take some time to adjust. They have never been around other cats I think they will be fine though. They are amazing with kids. They just need to stay together. They are best friends. They are neutered and had all shots when i got them.

Story
Dante is a cute and affectionate domestic longhair kitten with an estimated birthdate of 08/05/2025.  Dante has congenitally deformed hip sockets and a luxating patella, so while no action is currently needed, he will likely always have a stiff walk. He may benefit from a joint supplement or pain management later in life. As of now, he's just a happy but less athletic kitten.  Dante is good with dogs, cats and kids. He would make a great addition to most families. His adoption fee is $50 and includes a sample of the food he's been eating and his medical records. To be considered to adopt, please begin by visiting www.murcismission.org and sending in an application.  ##2580359##

Story
Meet Marilyn! This incredibly sweet and affectionate adult kitty came to us from SCRAPS after her owner passed way. Her birthdate is 12/01/2018.  Surprise, surprise! Marilyn is another declawed cat who will have a more complex future due to the pain and insecurity issues surrounding the procedure. There ain't no way around the truth. While Marilyn is not malicious, she is very very affectionate and gets easily overstimulated during petting which leads to biting and swatting with clawless little mittens. She is fine with other cats and dogs too, but they are also gonna have to catch these hands. Marilyn would love a family with ample cat experience who doesn't mind giving her the space and ability to be herself. This is her reality and we cant go back in time to put the claws back on.  Marilyns adoption fee is $50 and she comes spayed, vaccinated, dewormed, and microchipped.  To apply to adopt, please submit an application at www.murcismission.org.  ##2567234##
