Story
Raya (named after the movie Raya and the Last Dragon) is a 4.5-year-old survivor with a special spirit. She was the only kitten left behind from her litter and spent several days alone before being found. We believe this caused partial hearing loss, which she still has today. She bonded beautifully with our elderly dog and does fairly well with visiting dogs after slow introductions. Shes great with our two children and forms strong attachments to her people. Raya enjoys watching neighborhood cats from the window. Because of her hearing challenges, she isn't very playful and loves food and snacks, which has led to weight gain and some grooming difficulties. She tolerates limited brushing. With heavy hearts, we are hoping to find her a calm, patient home with someone who has the time to give her the extra care she needs. She will deeply bond with her person. *Will come with all food, liter and toys and cat tree.
